Nice vibe but gosh - it is cramped and a bit battered. Superfriendly staff but they cannot make it up for the fact that it is basically converted city apartment. Bathrooms are shared and in the morning you may expect a queue. Breakfast is only pancakes, nothing else. There is a supermarket next door though. Perhaps a bit overpriced for...

Located about ten minutes from the museum s and monuments ect... This hostel is very well priced and run by very helpful staff. A supermarket and liquor store on either side make life easier in terms if access and the kitchen is well equipped. The Free computers and WiFi available to guests was a nice touch as well as the...

The place was clean and the rooms were all fine but I found the staff to be a bit harsh with checkout times. In every hostel I have been in after you check out you can still use the facilities of the place for a few hours until your flight or bus or whatever other transport you need, but not...

Prices are affordable even if not the best. A supermarket, although not the best, is situated next door. Kitchen is small but I was ready to wait a little. They give pancake for the breakfast but I preferred my own stuff - A good idea would be to have a 2nd coffee machine to shorten the waiting in the morning....

I stayed here for one night at the start of November. I booked the annex so I was only sharing with 3 other people and the place has either been acquired recently so is pretty modern or has been recently refurbished. Either way, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and were...

I decided to take a chance and stay at here during a recent DC trip. I was going to keep an open mind about it but from the beginning i knew it was a huge mistake staying there. I initially got upset when i arrived and was shown to my room. I had luggage and a computer and i had...

is too big so, for a hostel is difficult to build an atmosphere that includes everyone. Should be ok if you just want to go by your own for a couple of days. Also some times, in the front desk they are not so kind. Breakfast is included: pancakes and the are really good

This hostel has great prices for what it offers. Definitely one of the best I've ever been to. Very clean and organized. It works through a series of pass codes making it very safe and allowing visitors to come in at any time. Staff was helpful. Close to the touristic places and in a nice neighborhood. Will definitely stay here...

This year for second time I visited DC and stayed at Duo. I just love to stay there since the staff is very friendly and helpful, plus the people you find are always fun and interesting. If you're looking for a clean place near to the most important landmarks in the city, this is your place.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff and comfortable living areas where we felt we could relax and socialise with other guests. Good location- 20 minute walk to the museums or you can catch a bus. The staff cook pancakes in the morning and on Sundays they put on a free BBQ for the guests! No drinking...
