Very enjoyable stay. Good was very good for dinner and breakfast. Good location to many restaurant and the Mall. Needs better access to car charging service for non Tesla vehicles anyway. On two chargers and was not easy to get mine charged via valet, which is only option here.

Hotel's Favorite
Hotel located in a prime location. This is an outstanding property with a gorgeous lobby. It is a pleasure to sit in the lounge area with a view of the city though the floor to ceiling windows. Rooms are spacious and near perfection. Gym was fully equipped. I left the best to the end: Staff is outstanding. We were greeted by the excellent Mallory and from the beginning , we knew our stay was going to be great. Next morning I recall our waiter Guillermo who was also excellent giving us a very interesting explanation about the unique blue China wall of the breakfast area. Love to be in DC just to be back!

We are so glad that we randomly chose this hotel! We still have a whole week to go out here, but just two days in and we are already feeling very well looked after. The gentleman at the front desk, Jeremy, has been super helpful. Ty and the others at the breakfast place are attentive and efficient, and very courteous. Finally, the housekeeping guys took care of all our special requests. The best part was the bath salts and aromatherapy stuff they sent when I asked for a tub to soak my feet in. Looking forward to a great week ahead at the Conrad DC.

Stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed myself quite a bit. Drinks at the bar were phenomenal, ask for a paper plane with a top shelf bourbon. Room is comfy and spacious. Food was very tasty and great options

As usual my review is based on a comparison against other hotels I consider in the same category, in this case high end luxury. As a Hilton Diamond member of 10 years and with total hotel nights above 2,000 across a range of chains I am more inclined to criticise rather than praise but this was good. I have stayed in all the Hilton’s luxury hotels in the U.K. and many in Europe and rate many very highly; I think this is the best Hilton owned hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked a 2 night stay for myself, my wife and daughter in a double double room. I paid extra to upgrade to Sakura Club membership as Diamond membership does not qualify for entry and having enjoyed the experience, I can see why. It is a cut above any executive lounge I have experienced, open 24 hours a day with an exceptional choice of food and snacks. Worth every penny. The hotel is very modern and the rooms are large, well equipped with a large bathroom. Staff throughout are exceptionally friendly and helpful and just can not be faulted. For completeness it is worth mentioning that there is no swimming pool and most rooms have large showers rather than baths the latter being a feature of many hotels in the USA. The only downside is that it is 3,500 miles from home so not a quick trip.
