Classy hotel in downtown DC close to everything. Old world charm, but the rooms were modern and pleasant. The roof top bar and restaurant, Vue, was very good. And of course the view did not disappoint with the White House very close. Will definitely come back.

While everyone was friendly, the room was quiet and comfortable and the facilities were nice I want to mention Nazia, a member of the housekeeping staff. I happened to meet her in the hall shortly after she’d cleaned and restocked my room. She was friendly and professional and asked sincerely how else she could help. Our exchange, though brief, really made me feel like a valued guest.

Hotel Washington is ideally suited for visiting the main attractions of DC they are right on your doorstep and the White House is a couple of hundred meters away. The hotel is very clean, the bar is pricey however. Housekeeping staff are very good and friendly. Need tea in the room, only coffee pods offered.

I had an amazing stay for a business conference at Hotel Washington. The food was exceptional and the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. The amenities are top notch, but my only complaint is that my upgrade room was super small.

Our stay here was the last two days of our North American Adventure and our first visit to DC. The Washington enabled us to finish in style. Our King Suite was excellent, the Vue Restaurant amazing, (some view right into JB's little shack and some amazingly friendly and knowledgable staff, esp. Alex P. Great location, Walking distances for restaurants shopping and the White House. The bathroom sink needs to be bigger (extremely small odd) is my only complaint. Hotel staff was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful.

Very close to all attractions in national mall, you can walk everywhere from capital to Lincoln memorial, nice rooftop with great views, lots of restaurants all around, walkable neighborhood, updated, modern, clean room, reasonable lobby to rest if needed, king bed room was kind of small but had everything one needs.

Experience was awful from the beginning, rude staff, rooms were awful and the noise from roof was unbearable. I do not recommend staying here , the location was amazing but there were other hotels nearby. Do not stay
