This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. They lied about being close to union station, NOT. I happen to glance out the window and noticed a street hooker walking the sidewalk from the motel down to the gas station. I watched longer only to notice there were a total of three hookers working. Cars rolling in the...

was a bit concerned when taxi driver took us from union station through some very dodgy areas and then found the hotel. Is located about 3 miles from the centre of DC however the hotels runs hourly shuttle services to union station where your day begins. They have a return shuttle each hour from 5pm each day which is fantastic....

This hotel was very nice for the location. My husband and I moved to this hotel after a bad night at another hotel in the city. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. It is a little bit of a walk to the metro station and the neighborhood doesn't seem to be the best at night. We...

In some ways I was pleasently surprised. (my brother highly advised against anything on NY ave as being unsafe) The pros: Nice clean room flat screan tv, frig, microwave, granite in bathroom, updated decor, and nice lobby. free parking, internet and breakfast and a weekend rate at $109 was half the other hotels this oct weekend. Cons: broken elevator, in...

Please do not believe the "near" Union Station ... it's nowhere near walking distance ( at least 20 mn in not so good neighborhood and nothing to look at on top of that it was 93°F ), if you take cab at least $10 per ride, they have shuttle early morning and late afternoon and if you take care pay...

Do not stay here!!!!! I drove to DC and ended up parking my car at the hotel. While in their parking structure my car was damaged. The hotel says it's the parking structure's responsibly to cover the damages, yet I pay fro parking directly to the hotel. Needless to say nobody has paid for the damages to my car. The...

This hotel says its near union station, in fact it is over two miles from union station. It is also in a run-down ghetto of a neighbourhood, across the street from a liqour store that looks like its robbed every other night. Very dirty and unsafe neighbourhood. The hotel provides a shuttle to union station, but you have to drive...

Stayed the weekend of August 13 thru August 16 with hubby, 2 kids & grandma. The 1st morning we were there my husband woke up with what we thought were a couple of “mosquito bites”. Nobody else had any though. The 2nd morning he had even more but they were almost in a line. It took us until the 3rd...

Thank you for writing a review. When you brought this to our attention on August 16, we took immediate action and had your room and the surrounding rooms inspected. Although there were no signs of bed bugs, we had those rooms treated. We are very vigilant in inspecting all of our rooms on a daily basis and our entire housekeeping...

Lousy location, lousy bus service, lousy breakfast. If you are prepared to wait for the bus downtown because it is forever full, if you want to eat breakfast on the floor, want to wait for your room, this is the place to be!
