The hotel is well situated a few hundred yards from a Metro station which takes you everywhere. It is clean, clean clean. The rooms are large, with a couch and coffee table, free wifi. It has a gym and pool which I did not use, and also a bar and cafe which I did not use. The staff was great,...

Loved the view we had from the 7th floor corner. Valet was very professional and polite. Convenient to plenty of restaurants and shops. Very close to Georgetown nightlife. Enjoyed my stay. Dunkin Donuts, 5 Guys, and other restaurants across the street.

This hotel went above and beyond to accommodate my party and I! I arrived late Friday night, and the check in was so simple. Front desk staff was very friendly! The room was very modern, and clean. The night auditor extended my checkout for me, which I really appreciated. When I went to check out, the AGM was right there...

We always stay Marriott. Had to look for a category 5 to use some free nights. Found this hotel and though the location wasn't great - it had it's conveniences. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms - typical Courtyard - except walk-in shower without tub - which was fine. Room did lack a mirror outside the bathroom - which is a...

For value and cleanliness and closeness to the Metro Train system, plus just a nice hotel, this is the spot. Its 1/2 block away to Metro. It has several fast food places to eat nearby plus the Courtyard's own restaurant was quite good. The Bar and Computer facility were also nice. Next to a metro station with restaurants and 7-11 in walking distance. Very convenient and affordable. You can take the Metro to any where in Washington DC. Inside hotel restaurant for food. Near 5 guys and Indian fast food place. What more could you want. May get booked up quickly.

Not a very good hotel for it being so over priced. No breakfast, incredibly slow internet, bathrooms on second floor are nasty dirty. There are better hotels within walking distance. Only good thing is this hotel is right next to Red Line of Metro.
