Motto is perfectly located - a 10 min walk from National Mall. The hotel is funky and extremely clean but the most impressive aspect is the staff: Brooke, Hellen, Raquel and Kristina took exceptional care of us and were super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here next time in DC!

Hotel's Favorite
I was surprised at how well this hotel worked for us despite being so small! We chose this hotel because of the price and were shocked to see it so clean and modern. The staff was very accommodating & held our luggage all day after checkout so we could explore the city before our flight. A few things to note: there is no dresser or fridge in the room, the bathroom doesn't lock (it's a sliding door), the area around the hotel is busy and noisy & there are always a lot of police. That said, there is plenty of storage in the room, there are Samsung TVs, and you can control lights/TV/air conditioning through your phone. Plus, the metro station is right across the street & the walk to the National Mall is about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the DC area!

I stayed at the Motto by Hilton over the Thanksgiving weekend 2021 in Washington DC. The hotel location is near the metro train and perfect for walking to the capital sites! The room is comfy/cozy and there is an excellent gym. Also there is an adjo2 coffee bar and restaurant! Kristina and Helleh and all the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! I will return!!😁👍👍👍👍

What an amazing experience at Motto DC! The staff was super friendly and courteous. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I have to say they are the nicest people I’ve met. Sharon Hellen and Kristina treated us like we were best friends for years. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in DC. Convenient parking near by and walking distance to a lot of things!
