Hotel's Favorite
I visited hotel for three nights with my husband and son and we had wonderful stay. Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Mr. Ersoy who upgraded our room to larger one and offered us breakfast which was delicious. This is great customer service which will make us come back and share our wonderful experience with our friends and family. Thank you very much!

I had a great stay at the Westin on a recent work trip. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely thoughtful and helpful, especially Abdul. Breakfast was delicious each morning and Abdul made sure I was set with coffee to go as I departed for the day. Thanks for a great stay!

Room had a very very strong smell of bleach. Bed was ok. Luca, down at the bar/restaurant was the best ever! Food could be a lot better, my hamburger was dry, hard & cold. Breakfast servers were rude.

What 4 star hotel doesn’t have room service?!?!? Felt more like a Fairfield Inn than a Westin. Very disappointed with the Westin. You are in DC and you don’t offer room service? What the heck. Some of the employees were were amazing. Others couldn’t care less. This hotel is not advertised correctly. If I wanted to stay at a hotel w very few amenities I would stay at a Fairfield Inn. Really disappointing. Not a full service hotel, which it was advertised to be.

We stayed at this location during our recent trip to DC. Our suite was absolutely AMAZING!!! We had the BEST time. Our suite was very comfortable, clean and roomy. The bar and restaurant were also very accommodating. Special Thanks to Chris B. for providing us with an unforgettable experience and making my daughter's birthday weekend exceptional. Met up some friends for brunch and had an amazing time. Luca was amazing and provided us with top notch service. The food was also great. I highly recommend the steak and eggs especially if you’re super hungry. Be sure to ask for Luca at the bar.

We had a great time at brunch, listening to the tunes on Cherry Blossoms’ Peak Sunday with DJ Mike Craig and with amazing service and drinks from Luca. He provided great drinks, recommendations and took our picture to commentate a mini-reunion.
