I never felt uncomfortable like I felt in this place. It is very old and run down place, rooms are unclean, beds stink, towels worn out and most important Horrible Horrible guest services. Me and My dad were sitting for breakfast quietly in the living room since we didn't find

This is not a Bed & Breakfast. This is not a Hotel. Since it is not what it claims to be, I cannot recommend it. However, let me start with some positives. The location is excellent. It is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. It is about a 5-minute walk to the Supreme

The floors are creaking, too loud when open or close door. The room was not clean enough, some dusts are around the edge. This place is a share bathroom not good for my wife. No parking on the premise or nearby.

When you arrive, you have to call them to an American phone number since there is nobody at the hotel for checking in. If you're from another country you will have to pay for a roaming call. I had problems with the wifi (my phone didn't find the network). So, I tried to contact

Dear kelwinfc, Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I certainly can understand the frustration, being from another country and trying to connect with someone to assist. Further, to not have WIFI is very disappointing. As a bed and breakfast, we do not always attend the hotel. We do have a back up line that does go to our guest service team, so I do not know where the breakdown occurred. I will be following up with the team to discover where the break was. Further, we will be installing a phone in the lobby area that will direct connect with Guest Service in the near future so that others do not experience what you did. I hope you will accept my sincere apology. As far as the smoke detectors are concerned, they are checked monthly and all are in operation.

Extremely clean, and comfortable bed and breakfast. Centrally located and a really helpful staff. Each room is slightly different which adds charm to the place. Our room had a mock fireplace and access to the fire escape. Charming location.

My apologies for the delayed response. I hope the following is not too late and will help answer your questions: Info about the MARC train from BWI to Union Station can be found on the airport's website. (TripAdvisor does not permit links in response to questions.) To take the MARC train from BWI you need to take the shuttle service “BWI Amtrak/MARC Shuttle” The shuttle will drop you off at the BWI Amtrak/MARC station You will then taken the MARC Train (Penn Line) until you reach Union Station ($7) You will then have about a 15 minute walk from Union Station to Capitol Hill B&B. Quite frankly, if you have large luggage, at this point I'd recommend an Uber, probably about a $5 ride. Once you exit Union Station you need to head Left on Massachusetts Ave NE towards 2nd street. You will reach a park (Stanton Park). Turn RIGHT on 5th St (5th street intersects the park). Capitol Hill B&B will be located on your LEFT hand side about two blocks down at 101 5th St NE Hope this helps!
