Sehr empfehlenswert! With our 6 person tour group we spent 3 nights in Casa Lito . From the outside, the casa looks a bit run down. But it's very nice inside! The rooms are bright and large with good air conditioning. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. Very rich offer in the fridge. The inner courtyard (also breakfast place) is spacious and pleasant, clean and tidy. We were well served and catered for. Highly recommended!

This is very good place to stay in Trinidad. The owner was very king and friendly, and his brother helped us to resolve a big problem we had. Thanks a lot! The room was clean and good, breakfast excellent. The best "Cuba libre" in Cuba. And you can order the very good dinner in here (we had a lobster, the best in Cuba).

The people were impatient trying to understand the language. The kids of the house are extremely loud even at night, it smells like cigs the air conditioning didn't work correctly. I saw the man reusing a mineral water bottle. There were roaches in the shower the bedsheets had hairs all over them and it wasn't mine because I saw it the first night I was there. It was just bad.

You will probably be a bit surprised when you have found the street where this B&B is located but don't be mislead: this is realy a great place to stay. The B&B is luxurious decorated, has big rooms with comfortable beds. A great breakfast is served outside where you also can enjoy drinks after a day of discovering Trinidad. The owner, Elizardo, is a kind man willing to help you in all kinds of way. The B&B is not that far from the city centre? And please, enjoy the friendly people in the street, they even organize parties from time to time where you can see the children dancing in the street

We only spent a couple of nights here but it was a gem of a find in Trinidad. Only very, very slighty further out than most casas (no more than 5 mins), it really was a beautiful property with great outdoor areas. The family are lovely and very helpful - English speaking if you need. Breakfast was so impressive, there was no chance of finishing it each morning despite how hard we tried to get through the amazing food. This place is a real find and totally worth the extra few minutes walk to old town

We spent only one night and it was our first and only Casa, it was excellent. If I returned to Cuba I would utilise more Casa's if this is anything to go by. The room was clean, roomy and well appointed. The family were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast in the garden in the morning was a true delight, The street it is on is run down and it dies stand out but then you feel you are living in Cuba. Highly recommended

While this casa is a little out of the center of old town Trinidad, we absolutely loved this place. Elizardo and Dania were perfect hosts, greeting us with a smile and a frozen mango smoothie. The casa's interior featured a marble staircase which led to a few rooms. The room itself was very clean and had air con, a fully stocked fridge a safe and plenty of shelving for clothes. The bathroom was bright and there was always hot water available. The room was cleaned daily. We spent 3 weeks in Cuba, staying in a mix of hotels and casas, and Casa Lito was the best casa we stayed in. Highly recommended.

The only thing that takes one aback a bit is the street leading up to this really great casa. From a somewhat run down looking street, the front door opens up to a really well designed and recently built casa with 4 rooms and an enormous back patio used for breakfasts and the bar - at which the host - Elizardo - mixes a mean Mojito - the result of his 12 year experience as a bar tender. Washing was done very quickly and very cheaply. At one point we were at risk of missing out on an excursion and Elizardo sorted it out even without our explicit request to do so. Really a jewel in casas - and the friendliness afforded to guests.

This was my first trip to Cuba and my first taste of a casa having stayed in a hotel in Havana. I didnt know what to expect and while my taxi driver kept stopping to find the way from locals I did wonder what it was going to be like. All I can say is that I have had much worse experiences is hotels. From the moment I arrived and both the drivr and I were made coffee it was the most wonderful time. The room was spacious with ensuite and a/c. There were many spaces within the property to enjoy with the rooftop terrace and seating area. Breakfast was served in the garden, all set out and kept on coming out - had I had enough, did I want some more of this etc - Elizardo was the perfect host. Room was clean and beds made daily and plenty of storage space and privacy. Altogether I only had about 42 hours in this Casa but it was a most peaceful time and I regret that I didnt stay longer - given the opportuhnity again I would have spent longer here than in Havana. For location my first impression was that I might get lost in the streets but its actually quite easy to get to the town attractions - right out of the house and left at the end of the street -10 minutes max to the 'centre' I loved my time here - if only my spanish was anything like. Trinidad was the best place I stayed in Cuba and Casa Lito contributed to that immensely. Highly recommended for all
