Great Casa and really nice family. Perfectly located in the old part of the city and close to many attractions. Stayed here 3 nights in December 2016 and could have stayed longer. Oh and the breakfast that is included is really good. All in this is a great Casa in Trinidad.

Casa Meyer is a beautiful, extremely well located 19th-century casa just a couple of streets below the main historic square of the stunningly beautiful Trinidad, a UNESCO world heritage site. There is a Tourist information that gives our free town maps directly across the road and the Plaza Mayor is just 2 roads up the slight hill from there. The...

We have been to Cuba and Trinidad de Cuba 6 times in the last 2.5 years and we always stay at Casa Meyer. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with their own bathrooms. There is hot and cold water and breakfast is superb! The owner, Mercedes, and her son and his wife are wonderful hosts, warm and welcoming. They make...

This is a lovely, comfortable home, with great attention paid to guests' comforts. The hosts were helpful and kind, and breakfast was delicious. It is a few steps from the main square, on a lovely cobble-stoned street.

The Mother -Son team could not be any kinder. They operated this place like friends visiting yet allowed for privacy and relaxation. The wonderful courtyard was awesome for breakfast and enjoyed at night with old run and a cigar. I highly recommend Casa Meyer. Great location

This was aesthetically the best casa we've been at in Cuba. Big spaces, great patio, excellent breakfast and large, clean and with privacy room! Room was very bright, clean and elegant (not over-full of objects as other ones, and that's good). Breakfast was high wuality and wuantity. High price - 35 CUC per room/night - but worth it. Casa Meyer is ideally located in Trinidad: a couple minutes walk from Viazul bus station and main historic buildings. The house is quiet and nicely decorated as originally in colonial times, the rooms spacious and we loved hearing the birds singing in the garden. Owners are discrete and friendly, they will give you all the tips and information needed to...

The house is like a museum. I had the room outside, which is completely a stand alone. It was very quiet and historically furnished. The family was lovely, very helpful and conversational. Breakfast in the garden was delicious for 5 CUC. Highly recommended.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa Meyer is located in the historic center of the city, near all the museums, and old squares and just 2 min walking from the bus station. Since the building was built at the beginning of the XIX century, its design and original structure have almost not changed, letting the house retains its colonial atmosphere, with an inner patio with ornamental plants and surrounded by porches, where you can rest during the warm trinitarian afternoons. We rent 2 beautifull colonial style rooms, each with windows, through wich you have a nice view of the garden, both rooms have AC and privated bathroom with cold/hot water. We can recommend the best places and opportunities that you may find in Trinidad. ... more   less
