My wife and I stayed at Casa Hospedaje Jesus Fernandez last month and it was nothing short of incredible. To start, you walk into the house to their lovely, open-air living room. From here, as you make your way around to the right hallway, you automatically see a very large mango tree in the middle of the house, that engulfs... More

The place oozes with character. It has an eclectic layout spread over 3 levels. There are several roof top terraces that afford some privacy. The roof top terraces offer lovely views across this Unesco Heritage town. The rooms are very basic but clean and quiet and have air conditioning to help on warmer nights. It's centrally located about 1-2 minutes... More

I first stayed at Jesus and Inelda's casa in 2013 and had fond memories of sitting on their roof terrace sipping on a mojito among the mango and avocado trees. I returned this year (2016) to Trinidad and stayed with them again and it was as lovely as I remember. Despite having more rooms than other casas Jesus takes extremely... More

After a lot of packing and unpacking, I was looking forward to spending three nights here (as booked) ... but they mixed up the booking, which meant that I could only stay two nights. Jesus didn't apologise, and kept saying that it wasn't a problem - my blood pressure is rising just thinking of his arrogant response ! In the... More

At first, we were afraid that having many rooms the casa would be impersonal. But we were wrong - we loved our stay here, all the staff and the owner was very attentive. Loved that the casa is centric, but at the same time away from the main tourist streets. The room was clean. The food was tasty. The terrace... More

Really lovely place to stay in Trinidad. Best thing about it was the massive patio that had mountain views and a huge mango tree. Jesus was great and dinners here are delicious too for just 10 CUC a night. Amenities are fine, we always had hot water and the beds are comfy. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Jesus. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We stayed in a ground level room that had a double bed downstairs and two single beds on second floor. This would likely work well for a family. The breakfasts were delicious and served on the rooftop terrace. Both the location and the food were fabulous!... More

We spent three nights as this casa and enjoyed our stay in Trinidad very much. We ate breakfast on the lovely terrace every morning. Hanging out in the the lobby can show you a great slice of life in Trinidad as you watch the people and horses and carts go by, and many people stop by to talk to Jesus.... More

Our fondest memories from Cuba are our stays in the casa's, where exceptionally kind and happy hosts like Jesus & Inelda went out of their way to make our stay wonderful in every way. The casa is located on the cobble stoned streets of historical Trinidad.. We were offered a choice of rooms by Jesus, allowing us to pick the... More

We enjoyed our trip to Trinidad immensely, and it was made even more memorable by our stay in Jesus' wonderful home. Jesus is a lovely host, and great cook! He and his family made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and our daughter especially enjoyed playing with his grandsons and watching all of the horses pass by the... More
