This house is just beautiful! Breakfast is served every morning in courtyard. The location is great, on the main street in Trinidad and next to many good restaurants. Nevetheless, as soon as you walk in it actually feels like entering an Oasis - it is so peaceful and beautiful. Tobi, the little chiuaua is the mascote of the house! Loved... More

This a gorgeous casa with a lovely central garden and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Mirta and the other ladies are delightful although sadly with no Spanish on our end and limited English on theirs, we couldn't converse in depth. The breakfasts are delicious and hugely plentiful. Recommend this casa to anyone wanting a spotless, comfortable and restful place to retreat... More

Wonderful Casa! Mirta was the most amazing host and anyone that manages to finish her gigantic breakfast deserves a medal. Rooms spilled out into a beautiful garden filled with avocado and mango trees and was an oasis after trudging the hot streets of Trinidad. Cannot speak highly enough of this place.

Everybody seems to like this casa particular - and they're right. Although Trinidad is a small town it's hot, busy and hard on the feet. Hostal Colina is a real refuge with its pretty, peaceful courtyard. Our room was the smallest but we liked its location under the trees with the birds chirping so didn't change even when offered a... A bold claim but Colina is an oasis of calm in the frenetic town of Trinidad. Great food, great rooms, lovely courtyard and really friendly hosts. Couldn't have wanted a better place to stay for me and my family.

This is an easy review - All the good things others are saying about this place are all true. Best breakfast we had in Cuba but be careful as you'll get overfed with good food (one of those good problems). This is the place you should stay, end of story.

We had booked into another casa in Trinidad and it was horrible. Tiny box like room and even smaller bathroom. After one claustrophobic day and night (considering we were out most of the day) we decided to look for another place. Hostal Colina was just down the street and we knew it was to be home for the rest of... More

Most definitely the most 'luxurious' casa particular we stayed at. Probably a little more than a casa particular as there are a number of rooms around a very large patio with plants and trees and lizards. Just divine. Rooms and bathrooms are also up a notch from the typical casa particular, the breakfast is mind blowing and can not possibly... More

We spent two nights here. It was lovely. The breakfast was crazy-huge, and wonderful. The woman who owns the property: she was very gracious and accommodating, and made us feel welcome like family. It's an easy walk to everything. We loved it!

One of the most welcoming, heart-warming casas in Cuba. Very clean, centrally located, within walking distance of Plaza Mayor and the dozens of bars, restaurants and similar attractions; also, as it is located in Trinidad's central street (parallel to Jose Marti), it's within walking distance of the bank (in Jose Marti street) and of a cafe with internet access. Buses... More
