We spent a couple of nights here and despite being under construction, we had a perfectly nice time. Breakfast was huge (as expected from a casa housing a rated chef!), and the rooms were clean and large. Bathrooms were immaculate - hot water in the mornings (but by this point, I was used to ice cold showers anyway). Location is...

The room is nice with a private bathroom and shared terrace. However the house had a big hole in the ceiling so the rain dripped inside, and even a bat entered in one of the nights. The owner explained us it's temporary but we still had a bad experience. In addition, we arrived and discovered that the chef is not...

Whilst not centrally located, the rooms are spacious and the family incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast is a real treat. Bring an eye mask if you are wanting to get any beauty sleep after sunrise.

My husband and I recently stayed at this lovely B&B for the second time and liked it just as much as the first time. Emilio and Fatima are gracious and generous hosts who make you feel very welcome. The location is great, very close to everything yet safely out of the main tourist combat zone. We had one of the...

There is a fridge full of cold drinks at very reasonable prices. Roome were confortable and location was 5 minutes walk...

We arrived to Trinidad in January 16th 2015, and stayed in Hostal el chef for 2 nights. We couldn't ask for better hospitality than the warm welcoming that we received from Fatima (the chef's wife). We slept in a room wich located in the 2nd floor, so we have our privacy. The room has AC and hot water. All the...

This is a really nice casa in Trinidad with air conditioning (very appreciable during Cuba's hot summers!). It is centrally located and this casa displays the same comfort level (incl. internet) as any other hotel in Trinidad for only 1/5 of the price (30 CUC per night). This casa has an amazing terrace with a view all over Trinidad. This...
