We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and were so happy with the character and location. All staff were so good to us....we dont speak Spanish and they were so helpful and patient. The hotel is situated right in the centre of where you want to be...just a short walk in any direction takes you to galleries, good food and wonderful architecture.....we just loved it and would go back very happily. I ticked “great views” because we looked out and down to the street which is pure Trinidad. That is the view we travelled to experience.

This is a meson operated by Hoteles which had been a decent bet until this booking. We booked two rooms about two months before we travelled. On arrival the receptionist asked when we had booked (implying they were overbooked) and when she realised we’d booked ages before, she said the boiler had broken so no hot water. We were only staying one night, it was hot, so we thought we’d cope with cold water for one night but, of course, the truth was different. We were re-assigned to a concrete block out of town which cost less. Very disappointing as we were on a tight schedule and didn’t see the town as we had wanted. There was no offer of a rebate for the difference either.

Kjempehyggelig hotell veldig sentralt midt i gamlebyen i Trinidad. Absolutt et hotell å Anbefale. Kun noen få rom på hotellet. Store og luftige med innbydende klassisk design og stil. Hyggelig uterestaurant i bakgården. Bor gjerne her igjen.
