Wonderful place. We have been in Szczawnica several times in the last 10 years. Apartamenty Park is defenitly the nicest and pretties place we have ever stayed there. Absolutly the best location in the town centre very convenient for parking and easy access everywhere. Clean spacious family room with amazing mountain view and nice well maintained park. Very pleasent hotel staff and helpful lady receptionist. They serve gorgeous food delicious Kwasnica the best we had so far. Would defenitly go back another time. I can only write about the restaurant as we didnt stay there. The waitresses were totally fine and helpful throughout! However, our group of 5 adults had to wait well over an hour for our food and it wasn't busy. Plates were brought in the wrong order - main courses before starters, some food was cold and had obviously been sitting out for ages and my daughter, who was starving, had to wait 90 minutes just for her pancakes! The food was below quality of other restaurants in Szczawnica. We asked if the manager might consider a discount on the bill as the experience was sooo bad, the waitress told us we were offered complimentary coffee or mineral water, but no apology or message was offered from the manager. So we paid in full and had an average coffee to celebrate. I can forgive mistakes from chefs and waiting staff but bad management and rubbish customer relations really annoys me.…

These apartments are on on the main road, along from the chair lift and close to the river walk but a short distance from the spas etc. Our group was originally booked at Hotel Batory (apparently under the same ownership), which is at the other end of town, and although it wasn't clear to us why we were changed, the accommodation I had was spacious and very satisfactory. Everything was clean, the wi fi was fine and both the dinner and breakfast were good.
