Perfect Place to be :) Stayed only one night, and all were awesome. Very night quality hotel, kind staff, superb SPA. Restaurants and bar were very good. Definitely recommended neapolitan pizza, so Delicious. Location of the hotel is just perfect, so close the ski slope, and near by river. One kind comment, fitness centre should be available 24/7. Sadly, It was closed after working hours of SPA.

Wonderful place
I loved the two swimming pools, hydro massages, and three different saunas. Best place and next to sky center. Nice place to go with the family. Two options to eat (Napolitano pizza 🍕 was very good).

Great hotel for family with kids.
Great hotel for family with kids. Staff members are excellent and made our stay so pleasant. The reception guy make amazing his job. Everything was spotless clean. The food in restaurant was greate even for the most demanding guests - our children. The proximity to the ski lift makes it possible to reach the lower station of the lift in just a few minutes on foot. You will not regret visiting this hotel.

Almost perfect place
This is a perfect place to spend a great time with a family. Everything is superb and high quality (hotel, atmosphere, staff), apart from one (not) detail - the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Not great not terrible, will no book next time.
We took a cheapest option here in the Villa Park and it was a bad idea. No direct connection with main building was expected, but walls thin as paper no. Over 3 nights that we spent we had 3 parties over night. Next we'll not take this hotel, because this option. But there were some bright sides like: included breakfast and pizza restaurant in main building. If you want to book here consider only option in main building.

Great hotel with excellent staff members
Great hotel and charming little town.Staff members are excellent and made our stay so pleasant.The reception guy is amazing at his job. Everything was spotless clean and you will not regret visiting it. We only had 2 days and I regret for not having 3 or more even being there off the season.

Nice place
The hotel is very good but they don't tell you to book a table in the restaurant in advance. We were surprised to learn that there was no table avaliable for hotel guests, who didn't book in advance. We had to go to a restaurant in town. The spa is good but no-kids hours at the swimming pool would be a nice change. The staff is very helpful and nice.

Great hotel
Great hotel for families: animations for children, pool, tasty cuisine, friendly staff, big parking . Very good location in the city center. I will recommend to my friends and will be back for sure in the future.

Great hotel in great location
We liked everything about this hotel. The hotel has a great, picturesque setting. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. In case of any doubts or questions, it is worth reporting to the reception desk, they can help and are happy to do so. The hotel has many attractions, including swimming pools, saunas, tennis court. I recommend the SPA center where you can regenerate after mountain expeditions (greetings Mrs. Agnieszka ;-)

Lovely hotel
Perfect location , nice design, very tasty breakfast , a clean and cozy room. Very helpful and smiling staff, with a friendly approach. Great place for kids, numerous attractions, our sons were really delighted!
