I stayed at the hotel with my family twice. We were delighted. Beautiful, spacious rooms. The windows are perfectly sealed, so you can't hear the cars driving on the main road. The Wellnes & SPA zone met our expectations. During our first stay, we encountered bad weather and rain, which made the experience of sitting in the Russian banya even more fantastic :) The meals (mainly breakfasts) deserve special mention, during which guests have the opportunity to taste delicacies specially prepared by the chefs of Spichlerz Smaków, true culinary enthusiasts - own products (cheese, sausages) tempt guests with their appearance and taste. For breakfast, guests can use the fruit juicer and enjoy fresh juice. The surroundings of the hotel are very tasteful, well-kept and tastefully decorated. Large, monitored parking lot close to the entrance. The service was very nice, helpful, smiling, wonderful :) An additional advantage is the opportunity to learn about the history of the hotel, the bark is very interesting. We will come back for sure!

The hotel is very well equipped. Spacious rooms with everything you need (including delicious coffee). We were with a baby and we got a baby cot. In the restaurant we got a chair and a toy, which allowed us to eat dinner for over an hour, they even warmed up some gerbera cheese for us and brought it to us on a tray :D the food was very tasty, sophisticated - you can taste some interesting things. There was a warm paddling pool at the pool, a large jacuzzi, the pool may not be sporty, but you could swim safely, professional saunas, they provide towels and loincloths (and they don't skimp on them, as is the case in some hotels), I really liked the experience shower;) Unfortunately, Due to the weather, we did not take advantage of the outdoor attractions, but there was also a large selection to choose from. There is also a very well-equipped living room and a bowling alley with billiards and table football. We didn't expect much, because we actually booked the first accommodation spontaneously, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Moreover, the location is great, there are plenty of places worth visiting within a radius of a dozen or so kilometers.

The rooms are very nice, spacious and well soundproofed. Tea and coffee making facilities (coffee in capsules) and a mini bar are located in the room.
The food was good, but nothing crazy.
The pool is quite large, so you can swim. Separately, a large jacuzzi and a small swimming pool for children. The saunas are open a little late and the Russian tub is also open.
You can play bowling for an additional fee, but there are no balls available. There are three lanes, and there's no choice in the balls, so there's not much to throw. The hotel should invest more and buy balls so that guests who pay for this attraction can enjoy the game.
Overall, I can recommend the hotel and have a nice time there and in the surrounding area as well.

I booked a table for 3 people by phone for Sunday lunch. I wanted to make a good impression showing our Polish hospitality to a guest from abroad. The lady who booked the table on the phone didn't make a good impression warning me in advance not to be there earlier than 12 o'clock because they open the restaurant then. At that time it was ten to twelve in the afternoon, so why do I need this information if it will take us a while to get there?

Upon arrival, the same lady without greeting or smile with a stone face announced that the waiting time for food will be very long because they are currently serving reservations of 30 people! I ask her if she could not tell me this on the phone?! So I could decide ealier if i wanna book and wait or go somewhere else? She did not answer anything!!!!...
It was a waste of time to go there and so effectively put me off eating there because it looked like they just couldn't cope!!!

Restaurant staff to be replaced or trained in customer service. If you are coming from far away better choose a restaurant in Krakow super service and great service we found in the hotel restaurant H15 prices and service revelation.

From the outside this hotel looks lovely and there are some great touches to it. However once inside it's a different matter.
They have obviously tried to keep a lot of the original brickwork & machinery of the place but all the light fittings have wires exposed which spoils the look a little in the bar and restaurant area.
The staff all appear very aloof, not at all friendly and they are not attentive to guests needs. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience.
This hotel doesn't give the impression they want to look after their guests. There are no helpful welcome packs with information in your rooms. There is some info on the TV screen but unless you are Polish you can't understand it so have to use Google translate but even then the info is very sparse and not very helpful. The rooms are not too bad. We stayed in a family room. It was small. The beds were awful. It was like sleeping on trampolines and the mattresses wouldn't stay on the bed frame. The bed linen was stained. Coffee/tea wasn't refilled and the air conditioning was useless! It was extremely hot weather and our room was so hot. We had booked for breakfast each morning. It varied each day but you could always guarantee dry bread, dry pastries/cake and staff were very slow refilling when food and cutlery items were low.
It was nice to relax in the whirlpool and have a swim in the pool but the area is very small and the floors get very slippy. We were told dressing gowns & slippers would be available to us ... they weren't. All in all our stay was sadly disappointing.

Elegant hotel, high-level service. The room was quite modern, very clean. The food in the a la carte restaurant was optimally high, but very good, the waiter service was great. Breakfast was very good.
The wellness center is clean, there is a large indoor jacuzzi, although the water in it is quite cold for a jacuzzi. The water in the pool is just right. There is a hot tub outside. 3 Saunas.
The only BIG MINUS IS THE DINNER (Swedish table). I DO NOT RECOMMEND. No value for money (PLN 90 per person). One salad, plain potatoes, dry rice, water vegetables, pasta in a bad sauce, 2 types of meat (pork in sauce and chicken) and potato dumplings with cracklings. Only water for drinks. And for dessert, only 1 type of cake. After eating à la carte dishes that were elegantly and tasty, we felt cheated at dinner.
The staff tried to compensate for our disappointment by serving dessert, but the taste remained.

Superb hotel. Very clean. Staff so friendly and helpful. We traveled with 2 kids and they weren't bored there as they got kids room with a lot of toys and games to entertain kids. Super swimming pool with jacuzzi. Bowling alley and football and pool table.
Morning buffet had a lot of choices. Very happy especially with handmade products.
Highly recommend

Beautiful architecture. The interiors are clean and luxurious. Despite the proximity of the route, the room was quiet. There is a large parking lot, subtly hidden on the side of the facility (I was there on snowy days, and the snow was cleared every time). The service was nice and neutral. The rooms have very comfortable beds/mattresses. Pool water at optimal temperature. The hot tub is hot outside;) The bowling alley is intimate but charming. The breakfast food is tasty but simple. Great idea for juicing! And wonderful coffee, amazing by hotel standards! The TV reception was poor, but I was there for other entertainment.

I have to say that me and kids had fab time overall
But Christmas Eve was disaster, for so many reasons.
The manager compensated to me so I am going to leave at that but actually if owners read that she is the one to change as hotel needs new manager and new head chef. Food was disaster throughout and Christmas Eve was awful!

Otherwise everyone in the hotel is fab, receptionist are so helpful so as waitresses as they try so much and they do all they can to deal with such a disaster about food in 4* hotel. When there same and absolutely same thing every breakfast plus is so little!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And dinners again so little choice abs every day the same!!!!!!!!!

For hotel manager, complete disaster!!!!!!!!!! During Christmas Eve no even live music while we were waiting for 1,5 hour for food

And she disappeared, had to be called to react for disaster of Christmas Eve and even asked to do as compensation as I ended up having salmon on last day salad and my kids dry bread as there was nothing else. I had to ask her to react.
Thankfully she did so that’s good
But I think she was more concentrated to simply spend Christmas Eve somewhere and not responding to anything as she turned up at the end which I appreciate that she reacted but she didn’t as simply drunk

So if any owners read this then head of kitchen and this lady that she says is manager is to be changed if you want to prosper

Good luck

Najlepiej rezerwować przez internet, można też telefonicznie. Koszty pobytu są różne, w zależności od sezonu.
