Superb hotel. Very clean. Staff so friendly and helpful. We traveled with 2 kids and they weren't bored there as they got kids room with a lot of toys and games to entertain kids. Super swimming pool with jacuzzi. Bowling alley and football and pool table. Morning buffet had a lot of choices. Very happy especially with handmade products. Highly recommend

Apartment with view towards the garden with a very cozy atmosphere and great solutions. Great décor of the hotel with the elements of the old mill equipment left behind. In addition an interesting surrounding with the possibility of walking to a nearby hill with nice forest. SPA with a relaxing treatment included in the package. SPA zone with three different saunas and cooling showers. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, children's area of the highest standards. Additionally, an "entertaining" zone with three bowling lanes, billiards and table football. Delicious food, varied and with a large choice for everyone. Additionally, ecological own products. A romantic dinner was well organized. The staff was always smiling, helpful and super professional.

I do not recommend : old stinking carpet inthe rooms! No selling alkohol because the owner change took place lately so two days without any drink or polish beer I was longing so much☹️ At the 1st day breakfast the fresh juice available but the 2nd day breakfast juice machine was stolen ( I was told so)😳 The building itself is beautiful Decite yourself - I count on new owner🤨

Wonderful place, good food, nice swimming pool and spa area. Well behaved staff. Recommend visiting with kids- lots of activities. Amazing surroundings. Clean rooms. Good coffee and tasty breakfast. We have so much fun during our family stay. Very close to mountains and lake. Great place to chill. Just go and see for yourself

Everything just good, the room is ok, reception staff nice and helpful, dinner service in hotel restaurant exceptionally nice (should have mention the name of the Waitress but forgotten to ask ;)), food was tasty and in top of that there is very nice spa with good size of the pool and jacuzzi as well as saunas. Highly recommended.

The hotel is noisy. If you look for rest and quiet do not choose it. Rooms host noisy events and it is impossible to have a serene stay. When notified, the reception desk does not seem to react. Perhaps the target customer comes here to party. Not a spa at all.

I have to say that me and kids had fab time overall But Christmas Eve was disaster, for so many reasons. The manager compensated to me so I am going to leave at that but actually if owners read that she is the one to change as hotel needs new manager and new head chef. Food was disaster throughout and Christmas Eve was awful! Otherwise everyone in the hotel is fab, receptionist are so helpful so as waitresses as they try so much and they do all they can to deal with such a disaster about food in 4* hotel. When there same and absolutely same thing every breakfast plus is so little!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And dinners again so little choice abs every day the same!!!!!!!!! For hotel manager, complete disaster!!!!!!!!!! During Christmas Eve no even live music while we were waiting for 1,5 hour for food And she disappeared, had to be called to react for disaster of Christmas Eve and even asked to do as compensation as I ended up having salmon on last day salad and my kids dry bread as there was nothing else. I had to ask her to react. Thankfully she did so that’s good But I think she was more concentrated to simply spend Christmas Eve somewhere and not responding to anything as she turned up at the end which I appreciate that she reacted but she didn’t as simply drunk So if any owners read this then head of kitchen and this lady that she says is manager is to be changed if you want to prosper Good luck…

I booked a table for 3 people by phone for Sunday lunch. I wanted to make a good impression showing our Polish hospitality to a guest from abroad. The lady who booked the table on the phone didn't make a good impression warning me in advance not to be there earlier than 12 o'clock because they open the restaurant then. At that time it was ten to twelve in the afternoon, so why do I need this information if it will take us a while to get there? Upon arrival, the same lady without greeting or smile with a stone face announced that the waiting time for food will be very long because they are currently serving reservations of 30 people! I ask her if she could not tell me this on the phone?! So I could decide ealier if i wanna book and wait or go somewhere else? She did not answer anything!!!!... It was a waste of time to go there and so effectively put me off eating there because it looked like they just couldn't cope!!! Restaurant staff to be replaced or trained in customer service. If you are coming from far away better choose a restaurant in Krakow super service and great service we found in the hotel restaurant H15 prices and service revelation.…
