Detailed Reviews
We had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights, 1 x king bed and 1 x twin bed. Twin room was with balcony ( so if you are a smoker - consider balcony room ). Clean, big rooms , bed very comfy.
Location - ideal! Maybe 5 min walk to salt mine and by taxi 10 min to Old Town in Krakow.
Tip : do not order taxi from hotel, Uber was working out around 50% less than taxi offered by hotel.
Restaurant : breakfast was spot on 👍 , 1st day we had also dinner, amazing and delicious food , very reasonable prices

Marvelous, gorgeous hotel and property! The staff is incredible, helpful, kind, and joyful! The restaurant and pub, both on the property, are delicious! The staff at both were kind, helpful and phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! There is also a metro/tram stop (Weilizcka Park) beside the hotel (a 5 minute walk), which made it easy to travel to/from Krakow without a car. There is also a wonderful grocery store, Market Point near the hotel as well. You will LOVE staying here—calm and peaceful area.

Simply a wonderful 4 star hotel with excellent facilities and caring quality staff. I stayed 7 nights 17th to 24th August for the World Masters Weightlifting championships 2023 Wieliczka about a 5 minute from the Hotel. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, used the Sauna and steam bath and had delicious food at breakfast every morning. The room was very clean amd thoroughly enjoyed the power shower. Thank you for a relaxing stay in Poland.

+1
It’s a 10 min walk from the train station to the hotel and easy to find on the main road, it’s another 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel to the gates of the Salt mine. During our visit, reception was always staffed and were efficient and helpful to get us to our rooms and of course are fluent in English.
Room 231 was on the very top floor and overlooked the gardens. The room was not at all cramped and was clean and comfortable. The room has a bath and over-shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided as well as the usual toiletries. The bed was comfortable and we slept ok. During such a short stay we had little need for Wi-Fi or TV but they were available. There was adequate wardrobe space. There was air-con in the room and it worked fine. The hotel has private car parking. Tea & coffee making facilities are available in the room and there was a small fridge.
Breakfast: Cereal was available, proper fruit juice, not the watered down cordial which has found its way into hotels. Bread featured heavily on the breakfast menu, croissant, crepes, baps, tea, coffee and also a selection of cold meats and cheese, yoghurts and fresh fruit. As a continental breakfast its ok, however, for those used to a fried breakfast, it’s a bit too healthy! There is of course an unhealthy option.
One of the highlights is the swimming pool. It’s more of a feature pool but it is really nice. I took my 3 year old grandson and he loved it. I’ve never seen a stainless steel pool before, being a builder I admired the construction - it’s quite a technical achievement.
Overall, a credible hotel which I can recommend.
Just one minor niggle, which was sorted out by the hotel upon our arrival. We had booked 10 months in advance a family room, 1x double and 2x single beds. Unfortunately, upon arrival the family room we had reserved was unavailable. To the credit of the hotel they gave us an apartment on the top floor, an upgrade of sorts. Unfortunately, the 2x single beds were portable fold-down bed. It worked out ok, the fold-down bed was reasonably comfortable and it was only for one night. Shame we got ‘bumped’ by the Turowka, presumably to make way for other guests in the wedding party, otherwise it would be 5 stars, but still a credible hotel.

I would have given it a 'good' grade if the room prices would have been lower as in general price/quality does not match unfortunatelly.
It wasn't my first stay at Turowka (sometimes I go there for the weekend, since I like the fact that it's close but not to close to Krakow), rooms are ok, staff is friendly. I would not recomend however going there during winter as it can be really cold inside, donno if it's a problem with the heater or just money issues, and what I also did not like is that the water in jaccuzzi was pretty cold ....
Food was good, I enjoyed suppers a lot, every time! Breakfasts are ok, we took it twice to our room and here it depends on luck if you'll get a bucket full of everything or just some random things to eat.

Stayed here for a work trip and the hotel is just lovely, nice food, great staff and an ideal location right beside the train into Krakow town centre. It;s also walking distance to the salt mines too.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Did not used the pool and spa, but it seems to be pleasant too. Good restaurant and bar, nice breakfast outside in the sun. Fair priced. If you have something to do in Wieliczka - leisure or buiseness - I'd recommend this accomodation.

The hotel was superb; spotlessly clean, service fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. The train station was literally a short walk and easily transported into Krakow Central Station. We visited the Salt Mines, Auschwitz and Birkenau. A lot of walking, particularly 800 steps below the surface, approximately 330 metres below ground. All the trips were booked through the hotel. The old town market square is a lovely place to sit and have a drink and people watch. All in all, one of the best city breaks, I have visited.

I do not work for the hotel. The spa pool and massage facilities are nice. The price will depend on what services you are looking for for both you and your wife. Maybe they have package deals. I would inquire to see.
I do not know, but there is the train stop 5 mins walk to Krakow. Ask them for the timings...:)
Apologies for the late reply, the selection of bar food was only ok, averaging about €20.00 per main course, a little overpriced for the standard on offer.
Unfortunatelly no, You can found swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, salt grotto.
