    Beautiful hotel
Very nice hotel in a historic building in the very center of Sandomierz, excellent restaurant, stylish interior. Fast internet. Spacious rooms with beautiful views. Parking. Great breakfast. Lots of regional and home-made dishes. Great beers and wines. She could not issue an invoice and after 20 minutes someone who could do it instead started training that person. Funny situation, a bit of a bathroom, a bit of refreshment. The whole shape is a big plus with great service after all.

    Nicely located place to relax
The reason for giving 4 stars is that because of the lack of a lift this place would not suit elderly or disabled people. Weunderstand that the hotel is one of the oldest hotel in the town but still some changes could be considered to make sure all sort of tourists could stay there. Overall this hotel is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, good beds, nice bathrooms, professional staff and amazing food. The breakfast was very tasty and definitely freshly made. The hotel is situated in the town centre with an easy walk to a bus stop.

Great Hotel in Beautiful little city
Pod Cizemka, (Shoemaker's House) is located right on the Rynek or market square. No traffic is allowed so our room was cozy and quiet. The charming building goes back to 1563. Our room, one of nine, was spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly. The dining room is elegant with excellent food and service. Sandomierz is worth a stop over and Pod Cizemka will please you if you care for non chain type hotels.

Well located on the corner of the main old town square. Parking is free, 150m walk but you can stop, pack and take the car after. Free WiFi works well, friendly stuff, excellent breakfast included in price. Own good restaurant, and lovely traditional building with a great view on the square. Small windows, no A/C and elevator since building is old. Bit refurbishment in the rooms would be good, but overall great experience. Hope can come back some time, value for money !

We selected this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and were very pleased with our stay. There are some limitations you should be aware of -- hotel is in a very old building - although rooms are comfortable and clean, the decoration is very simple, and there is no elevator, so we had to climb two flights of stairs to get to our rooms. Stairs are a bit difficult to navigate because of lighting and circular varied sized steps - you had to watch carefully to be sure you had good footing as your went up and down. There was a small desk in the room, with electrical outlet, but desk space was taken by a small TV screen. Breakfast was a pretty good selection, and was included in room price. They will make different styles of coffee and eggs at request. Lobby desk is attended 24/7. We had one service problem - we were not aware that the train station was two miles outside of town and not an easy walk. We got out of train and found ourselves in a relatively barren industrial area far from the town. I called the Hotel and explained the situation and asked if they could call us a taxi - for unknown reasons the hotel attendant was unwilling to call a taxi for us, but did give us a couple of phone numbers to call a taxi ourselves, and directed us to a nearby local ice cream store where one of the customers was able to call a taxi to pick us up and take us to the Hotel. I think the Hotel clerk simply wasn't thinking clearly when we called - she was very nice when we got to the hotel and spoke very good English. The Hotel is very well located on the main square in the center of the old part of town. It did not appear that the Hotel had any A/C in the rooms, and while we were there the weather was not hot, but opening the window to get some fresh air did let street sound and voices into the room. Hotel had open internet which worked well. The price to stay at this Hotel when we stayed was really low, particularly given that a good breakfast was included in the price - the Hotel is a great value.

Excellent price/quality ratio, large, clean room, good bed & linen, view onto the main square (don‘t worry, quiet at night, except for the church bells of course), friendly, efficient and English speaking staff, hotel owned secure parking at a 1-minute walk, and an excellent breakfast with fresh apple juice from the surroundings..... a beautiful find in this neat little town!

This is a place close to Town hall of Sandomierz. It is not cheap but it looks beautiful inside. Rooms are comfortable. Hotel accepts pets - that is great. Service is very good and helpful to get some information about Sandomierz and attractions. Restaurant is very good and there are some local dishes to try. Recommended !

The hotel was on the main city square, fantastic location. The hotel was fine, room was fine a bit dated, but was very clean and comfortable. We faced the city square, it did get a bit noisy early in the evening, but then it did get quiet. We did have a good night sleep. The hotel provides off site parking less than 100 meters away. Do keep in mind that the hotel has no elevator and or a/c. Breakfast was fantastic and large. Staff were also very helpful and pleasant.

During my recent trip to Poland (16-19/03/2018) due to freak snow storm I had been forced to stop over in Sandomierz. I turned up on their doors without prior booking and received what seems to me like the best customer service for a long time. Starting with reception, bar service, last minute/late dinner and breakfast next morning was absolutely gorgeous. Amazing hospitality, perfect location, quirky historic building and excellent food.
