I would like to give this hotel 5 stars but some (maybe) minor issues preclude it. First the good: Great young woman on the front desk. She deserves a raise. Excellent job helping us with everything. The room was very good except for the shower. The breakfast that is included was excellent and the chef should be congratulated. My wife loved her massage and the young lady who did the massage was wonderful. The location is perfect. The room to keep the bikes was wonderful. Parking is fine. The bad would be 1. The shower and low ceiling in the bathroom was terrible. How do they expect someone over 4feet tall to take a shower there? 2. we asked for clean glasses on the second day and the staff were very upset and resentful that we would have the temerity to even ask for clean glasses? really? 3. We paid for some kind of health bath and it was supposed to be restful and quiet with nice music but we could hear talking and laughing the whole time. They should make it sound proof. Other than that it was a good stay but we would not return.

We came for the second time and made a reservation for the next year again. Goog quality accommodation, wellness facilities, excellent restaurant, friendly staff. Trebon is a lovely town, with a chateau and picturesque central square.

We booked the exclusive suite for 1 night and were pleasantly surprised. It is very spacious and modern, nicer than on the pictures. I didn't find any plates in the kitchen though which was a mild incovenience. Parking might be a problem for some drivers as space is limited. The Floating procedure was disappointing - no way you actually float in that little pool. They say the water is Dead sea quality - simply not true. I gave up after 10 min. Nice spa though. Very helpful receptionist. Good restaurant.

We booked for next year again. This is a guesthouse with the right level of care (attentive, yet not obnoxious), great breakfasts, nice spa procedures (go for the Magic Float for sure!) and a great location. Just some rooms are a bit noisy...

English version: We were here with my grandma. All receptionists were friendly and helpful. We liked a clock made out of pictures of the personnel's faces. The hotel room was clean and we appreciated AC in our room. There were bathrobes in our room in which you could go to your procedures. We liked that there was wellness in the hotel's building. I was at the whole body massage. The masseur was great and the price was friendly- 890kc, that's about 34$ and 29£ . My grandma was at a bath named „ The seven tipes of flowers„ and she enjoyed it ,too. It cost 650 kc that's about 25$ and 21£. Another experience was a pool with Dead Sea salt in which you could float on the water like in The Dead Sea. When you are in the pool you can watch mandalas that they project on the ceiling. Your can hire birds singing and another sounds of the jungle. While you're testing you can enjoy the view on the big fish tank.Big plus was a restaurant called Bílý jednorožec/ White Unicorn that was in the hotel. I really recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and we enjoyed everything to the very last drop. Nice and professional staff, beautiful premises and rooms, great wellness programs, delicious and rich breakfast from homemade and local ingredients, the town center, only a few meters away, is beautiful, we even got great winter weather during our stay, what else to ask for? We are definitely coming back to Třeboň in one of the warmer months and there’s no reason we wouldn’t be staying at Bílý Jednorožec again. If you’re visiting Třeboň and you’re not tight on money, do yourself a favor and stay here to make your visit unforgettable.

Central yet not on the main square (very noisy), this hotel has been recently (2/3 years) fully refurbished. Clean, rather specious, modern bathroom and a very friendly yet professional welcome (disclaimer: I cannot tell how much the lady at the reception speaks English or German since my wife speaks Czech... (I don't)). The hotel also offers a wide range of spa services (bath, massage) and you would really miss something if you don't try. The restaurant is one of the best in town. The breakfast is generous with a large choice of salted or sweet options (not the standard Czech breakfast, with all due respect). There are rooms and appartements available (I was in a standard room). You can rent bikes next door and the closest lake is 100m away. In other word, top notch.

I stayed at this hotel while taking a cycling tour. The staff could not have been more helpful. I had fallen from my bike and cut my knee, the manager drove me to the local emergency room, translated everything the medical staff said, and then drove me back to the hotel. She organised alternative transport for me the next day, informed the staff at my next hotel of my injury and even organised where I could get the wound checked 2 days later. I felt completely relaxed, and extremely well looked after- despite my injury. I could not have enjoyed my stay more. The food was delicious, room comfortable and clean with everything that I needed. Highly recommended
