I would like to give this hotel 5 stars but some (maybe) minor issues preclude it. First the good: Great young woman on the front desk. She deserves a raise. Excellent job helping us with everything. The room was very good except for the shower. The breakfast that is included was excellent and the chef should be congratulated. My wife loved her massage and the young lady who did the massage was wonderful. The location is perfect. The room to keep the bikes was wonderful. Parking is fine. The bad would be 1. The shower and low ceiling in the bathroom was terrible. How do they expect someone over 4feet tall to take a shower there? 2. we asked for clean glasses on the second day and the staff were very upset and resentful that we would have the temerity to even ask for clean glasses? really? 3. We paid for some kind of health bath and it was supposed to be restful and quiet with nice music but we could hear talking and laughing the whole time. They should make it sound proof. Other than that it was a good stay but we would not return.

We came for the second time and made a reservation for the next year again.
Goog quality accommodation, wellness facilities, excellent restaurant, friendly staff. Trebon is a lovely town, with a chateau and picturesque central square.

My wife and I stayed here for five nights while attending a small conference in Trebon and enjoyed our stay very much. This small hotel is located a block off the town square on a quiet side street, close to the Trebon brewery. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent, with a good selection of reasonably-priced dishes and a small outdoor patio area that was a delightful place for breakfast or an afternoon beer. We appreciated that breakfast (included with your stay) was available early and included a nice selection of local breads and pastries, as well as meats, cheeses, etc. Hot items (eggs, sausage, bacon) varied day to day and were always good, sometimes very good. Our room was nice-sized, with a refrigerator, desk, couch, comfortable beds, and an excellent shower. A couple of items to note; 1) Like most hotels in Trebon, there was no air conditioning and the weather was hot (33-35 degrees!) during our week in Trebon. But, with a fan (we requested it) and by keeping the curtains and windows closed during the day and opening them at night, our room was quite comfortable. 2) I don’t know whether this is typical of hotels in Trebon or not, but daily housekeeping in our room was limited to emptying the waste baskets and we were responsible for keeping the room clean ourselves. This wasn’t a problem, but did come as a bit of a surprise. Trebon is famous for bicycling and the hotel has some high-quality bikes that you can rent for a modest fee. The bikes came with helmet and lock and worked great. The hotel staff was very accommodating in making arrangements for us to take our bikes out early (6:30 am) to ride before our conference. Sadly, we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the hotel’s spa offerings (which looked wonderful). In sum, stay here if you get a chance and also enjoy a meal or two at the restaurant, you won’t be disappointed!

Stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting the area with my wife and young daughter. The penzion is the first building on the right as you walk through the tunnel leading into the main old town area of Trebon.

Check in was fine although it was definitely an advantage to have my wife there (who is Czech) , but sure we would have got by on English only if needed. The lady owner on reception was also very friendly with our young daughter which is something I always appreciate.

The room was nice and spacious, we didn't have air con but a fan was provided and considering how hot it was at the time, we slept fine. We'd requested a cot in the room for our daughter when booking and this was provided. The bathroom was modern and very nicely done (including LED lights in the shower) and a good selection of toiletries was provided as well as plenty of towels. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom also.

The free wifi worked without issue for the duration of our stay. We did also have a quick wander on to the communal roof terrace which is a nice space, although the view isn't great.

The breakfast was excellent; the dining area was far nicer than I expected and the food selection was good too with a plentiful selection of fresh bread, cold meats and cheese, juice, cereal and a lot of fruit too. The waitress on hand did a good job of keeping all the food stocked up also.

The price for the night was around 1,500Kc (around £42) - you could probably find a cheaper room in Trebon but I thought it offered very good value.

Overall, had no problems at all staying here, it was better than many hotels I have stayed at over the years across Europe and I would happily stay again if in Trebon.

Great room, great breakfast, great location.

Staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.

Superb value.

Perfect base for a cycling trip around Trebon.

Slight negative -
Spa (sauna's and magic pool) are excellent, but cost extra and must be booked in advance. (still good value). This is not immediately apparent when booking.

We booked the exclusive suite for 1 night and were pleasantly surprised. It is very spacious and modern, nicer than on the pictures. I didn't find any plates in the kitchen though which was a mild incovenience. Parking might be a problem for some drivers as space is limited. The Floating procedure was disappointing - no way you actually float in that little pool. They say the water is Dead sea quality - simply not true. I gave up after 10 min. Nice spa though. Very helpful receptionist. Good restaurant.

Rooms and hotel smell great. Good breakfast. Very nice bathroom . This b& b offers free parking, free wifi. Front desk could not be more helpful . Very inexpensive, 33 euro. Don't miss the massage.
The free breakfast is very nice and the walled city is beautiful.

We stayed here for two nights and despite the constant rain we left having fallen in love with the town and the B+B. Situated unassumingly just off the main square, this turns out to be a gem inside. Apparently, it was recently renovated and you can see the loving care that has gone into it. Beautiful intimate lighting, wonderful furnishings and spotlessly clean. Also just the little details such as the toilet paper with a small seal on it so you know it is unused, or the tiny sewing set show that the owner has put a lot of thought into it.
Breakfast was good. A selection of breads, hot and cold meats, breakfast cereals, fruit and fruit juices and cakes.
We tried their 'floating pool' and it was exquisite. A small pool 2x3m with salt imported from the red sea, means you can float in it on your back while watching the overhead relaxing projection on the ceiling. Two relaxation zones in the room, sauna and more. Well worth it.
If visiting the region, highly recommended, you won't find better.

Excellent atmosphere and helpful staff. A cozy room and a very comfortable bathroom. Great massages encouraged us throughout the day on the bike. Excellent location in the center next to the castle. Also close to the brewery. When you visit Trebon recommend.

Česká verze:
V tomto hotelu jsem byl s babičkou. Všechny recepční v hotelu byly velice milé a ochotné.

English version:
We were here with my grandma. All receptionists were friendly and helpful. We liked a clock made out of pictures of the personnel's faces. The hotel room was clean and we appreciated AC in our room. There were bathrobes in our room in which you could go to your procedures. We liked that there was wellness in the hotel's building. I was at the whole body massage. The masseur was great and the price was friendly- 890kc, that's about 34$ and 29£ . My grandma was at a bath named „ The seven tipes of flowers„ and she enjoyed it ,too. It cost 650 kc that's about 25$ and 21£. Another experience was a pool with Dead Sea salt in which you could float on the water like in The Dead Sea. When you are in the pool you can watch mandalas that they project on the ceiling. Your can hire birds singing and another sounds of the jungle. While you're testing you can enjoy the view on the big fish tank.Big plus was a restaurant called Bílý jednorožec/ White Unicorn that was in the hotel. I really recommend this hotel.
