Strávili jsme zde Velikonoce s rodinou. Ubytovaní jsme byli v apartmánu s terasou, která má výhled na louku a lesy. Apartmán byl čistý a velmi prostorný, kuchyňka s nádobím, varnou konvicí, mikrovlnkou a lednicí (ta moc nechladila). Součástí objetku je i kuchyň s vařičem, společenskou místností a terasou s grilem. Centrum Třeboně je pěšky kousek, chodili jsme každý den se 4letou dcerou pěšky. Pár minut od seníku mají majitelé ještě penzion se zahrádkou a dětským hřištěm, což byla pro malou pecka. Parkování přímo v objektu, kolárna. Krásně ticho, okolo příroda. Penzion je bez recepce, ale předem zavoláte a dorazí někdo, kdo vás ubytuje, takže bez problému. Jediné co mi bylo nepříjemné, že celý objekt byl velmi chladný. Nevím jak v létě, ale i když bylo venku teploučko, v apartmánu byla zima a užse skoro netopilo. Jinak ale nemám co vytknout, pro rodinu s dětmi ideál :)…

Ubytování v tomto penzionu doporučuji nejen pro páry či rodinu,ale hlavně pro skupiny přátel. Bylo zde čisto,božský klid a do centra města kousek. Jediné mínus bylo vyřizování ubytování a následné setkání s paní provozní na začátku pobytu. Její svérázné a dosti nevybíravé chování je pro flegmatické povahy.

Ubytování sice pěkné, ale chování personálu neuvěřitelné = hrozné. Když jsme přijeli, vše zavřené, nikde nikdo. Volali jsme na tel. číslo uvedené na ubytovacím poukazu. Slečna na druhém konci telefonu byla dost neurvalá, odsekla, že nám přece poslali zprávu, že si máme pro klíče dojít do Pěšárny. Když jsme poukázali na to,že nás nikdo neinformoval, tak řekla, že na nás teda asi zapomněli. Ani náznak slušného chování, natož omluvy. Ještě lepší než příjezd byl ale odjezd. V cca. 9,00 hod. opět nikde nikdo, komu bychom vrátili klíče od pokoje a dostali zpět kauci 1000 Kč, zase jsme volali na telefon, který tentokrát nikdo nezvedal...Po chvíli volala slečna/paní zpět, že co chceme, že odjezd je mezi 10. - 11. hod. Na internetu je odjezd 8-10 hod., na ubyt. poukazu do 10 hod. Během pobytu nebyl vynešen odpad, vyměněny ručníky atd. což bych v dnešní době považovala za standard. Nikdy jsme se s takovým chováním nesetkali a vzhledem k tomu, že už sem nikdy nepojedeme, tak snad i nesetkáme…

Už jsem na tuto recenzi odpovídal na jiných místech, ale zopakuji to ještě znovu. Bohužel v tomto případě se nepodařilo správně domluvit skutečnost, že v mimosezóně je kontaktním místem pro vyzvednutí klíčů nedaleká restaurace Pěšárna. V sezóně je recepční, který ubytovává hosty přímo na penzionu. Co se týče vynášení odpadu a výměny ručníků u víkendových pobytů to nebývá zvykem. Samozřejmě není problém o výměnu v případě potřeby požádat.

If you plan to visit Trebon and you are bikers (also with small children), it is the ideal place for you. A new building (12/2011 as the leaflet says) aside the center of the town (but you can reach it in several minutes´ walk), placed in a quiet place in the meadow near the Zlata stoka brook. Kitchen for self-cooking available, wi-fi, TV; restaurants, and shops not far in the town.
