The hotel is in the beautiful and historical location. We had two rooms. One was facing the back and I was very disappointed with the room, we had this old TV and the beds very uncomfortable. The other room was much bigger facing the marketplace. The breakfast was very poor the staff not very helpful. The dinner was very good. The internet was a...

We stayed in hotel in August 2016 with our one year old. Our room was clean and huge. It is older hotel but well maintened. We were very disappointed by breakfast. We came there at 9am and tables were not clean for a long time. Just one waiter was in the restaurant for everything and she was very busy. At...

the hotel is placed in a beautiful historical building, we stayed in a nice room with view to the old marketsquare, comfortable bed, solid food in the restaurant, friendly staff, a reasonable price - I can recommend the place

A pleasant hotel in a very quaint town. Staff came across as pleasant but nothing to write home about. It could do with a bit of TLC but overall a good place to stay. I was there for one night as we drove through Slovakia. The restaurant didn't offer much so I ate out, and there was no option for...

Good things: the room was big and spacious. Unlike some previous reviewers, I quite liked the outdated decor, it felt like a time warp! We were allowed to check-in early too. Unfortunately, a few problems. NO access to wifi in the rooms. Not just our room but we saw another guest complain about this. This made it difficult to plan...

The location is directly on the main square in Levoca, just a minute away from the famous altar of Master Pavol of Levoča, which you have to see. The rooms are nice, big with high ceilings. Furniture shows some age, but all is clean. Breakfast is enough in size but nothing to write home about.

Stayed here on a business trip, it was a good base to explore the nearby areas, it is a fairly impressive old building, the decor is looking a little tired in the rooms, of course it is clean and tidy, with a great bath, free wifi. In the winter, the restaurant was closed, I thought the breakfast was a little...

The house was built in Renaissance style and reminds me of a castle or so. According to hotel's website, its history dates back to the 14th century and already in 16th century the building had functioned as a public- and accommodation-house for merchants. The rooms are spacious and furnished in a very elegant style which might not be every one's...

We dont actually stay in the hotel, we just came to eat here and I must say we were very dissapointed. My steak was at first overcooked, than the new cooked well, but somehow they still managed to make it dry and without flavour. They didnt even bother to give me new plate and fries, they just warmed up the...

This hotel as something of a surprise. It does not look like much from the outside, but the service is excellent and the rooms are enormous. It also has a very nice inside atrium for eating, etc. when it is warm. It is located on the main square, and there are very good restaurants across the square (easy walking) from...

“Make sure you have a room with the view of the market place.”

“Without asking for it, we had an apartment facing a little quit narrow street/alley, so we had an extremely quit night. And again, without explicitly negotiating, we got a room for a low-season-price even in high season. So obviously, the Customer is King here. :-)”
