It is a beautifull and peacefull place in the centre of Ginučiai village. It was interesting to see an old styled watermill and to hear its history. In summer, people come here to swim under its waterfall.
We visited Ginuciai for one night in August 2014. The hotel is in an old water mill directly next to a small pond/river which is a popular swimming spot. The rooms are basic but nice, and there is also a joint kitchen and living room available. A double room costs €35. The town is peaceful and quaint and relatively close to the main road by Ignalina. 2 negatives were: mold in the shower and the staff couldn't speak English (and couldn't understand my attempts to speak Lithuanian). Luckily another guest was able to tell them we had a reservation!
It's place where you can visit all year. Summer swimming, winter - relaxing in bath, stand under a waterfall. Which in the summer is not too hot, in the winter after the bath- a great sense of. Place in mill spacious, you had all for need you and your big company. Rooms is not big, but very lovely. Ind in the morning can have a quiet drink tea while watching the flowing stream.
