There's free parking.
Breakfast is nice, extended continental.
The hotel is a simple one. The receptionists speak English, Russian and Estonian. The rooms are basic, comfortable but lacks a refrigerator and safe. The bathroom is simple with the shower and toilet together-only a curtain separating them. Limited bathroom amenities are available.
The breakfast buffet is what you might expect from this category of hotel. Limited choices but satisfying. They will provide a box breakfast if you have an early departure.
Hotel Narva is a basic decent centrally located hotel. The food is average and the room is comfortable enough. You won't be disappointed staying at Narva Hotel but you need to keep realistic expectations.
I really liked the view of the fortress from the window.
Convenient location in the city centre.
A very rich and varied breakfast.
But such repairs in the rooms definitely do not cost 80€/night. Especially if the number is declared Superior or Deluxe.

We booked a room for 2 + child with free breakfast for 2 nights.
The hotel told us that breakfast for the child is paid separately, 12 euros per night. But instead of paying off breakfast, we were charged 25 euros instead of 15 due for an extra cot for the baby.
When I started explaining that breakfast for the baby was free and so, I was advised to deal with the booking (through which we booked).
Had to pay as the hotel demanded.
We later wrote to customer service booking, where we learned that breakfast was indeed provided free of charge to all three customers, the hotel did not have to charge extra.
Now we're waiting for the overpaid money back.
There was also only one bedside table in the double room, my sleeping bags had to be put on the floor. The maid said it was normal, they had double rooms with one nightstand. Which I don't think is okay.
Plus, the world bar was not working in size, it was on, but the temperature in it was room temperature, no adjustment was found. It was just broken.
We go to this hotel twice a year, we won't go again, we'll choose another.
If you are looking for a hotel in Narva, we advise you to look at other options.

I liked it in general. Very nice, modern and new spa. This is where the spa wants to be again, especially on Friday or Saturday nights, when the rituals take place.
The hotel itself is clean and tidy, meeting the level of three stars. The corridors are a little tired. It feels like you're in a student dorm. I think they need updating. The rooms are very simple, but clean and tidy. Slightly hindered sleep by the constant noise of ventilation in the room. Loud!!!
Breakfast is medium, but everything is available. If you stay in a hotel for one or two nights, it's fine. If it's longer, it's better to have breakfast somewhere else.
The hotel has a very friendly and willing staff. Particularly liked the girl at Reception. You can see that a man does his job with soul and joy.
+ location is good for both train and bus stations and Hermanus castle
+ breakfast was good
+ friendly staff
+ clean room
+ good mattress to sleep
- room was worn out
- you can hear your neighbours and noise from a corridor
- disco music at breakfast (this seams to be East Europen habit.. luckily 2nd morning there was no music at all)
* staff during breakfast is super quick to do cleaning > I stayed two night and both mornings my unfinished breakfast was cleaned away while I was filling my tea cup.. Bit surprised as it's not that a big restaurant, so it should be easy to remember faces of customers and see if they are still around :)

In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.
We would like to express our special thanks to the receptionist, hotel staff: kind, sympathetic and professional!
We recommend that you take advantage of this opportunity to have an unforgettable experience of your stay at this hotel.
"Stay away from this hotel! In the pics look great and beautiful. In real life horrible and cheep design!"Read full review
