We only stopped at the Zatisi Hotel for dinner in the restaurant and had a very nice evening! We had a nice view, the menue was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great evening!

Мы были здесь в средине января 2023г .хочу рассказать исключительно об аквапарке. Нет никакого сравнения даже с ТЕРМЕ в Закопане. Здесь нельзя купить билет в акапарк и сауну вместе. Или сауна или аквапарк.В помещении относительно прохладно. Вода в басейнах тоже прохладная за исключением джакузи.В помещении есть небольшой буффет но там почти ничего нет. В общем максимум время то что можно здесь провести час или полтора и только один раз. Второй раз вам вряд ли сюда захочется пойти.

Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu okres między świętami a nowym rokiem. To był wyjazd typowo pod kątem jazdy na nartach i jak o to chodzi to lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna, po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduję się wyciąg Medvedin. Z okien pokoju widok na stok. W hotelu jest wypożyczalnia sprzętu narciarskiego oraz szkółka. Cały ośrodek jest podzielony na pawilony i myślę że to jedyny minus tego miejsca, ponieważ do restauracji czy do aquaparku trzeba zakładać kurtki . Pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie pyszne każdy znajdzie tu coś dla siebie. Do innych wyciągów kursuje darmowy skibus. Miasteczko klimatyczne do centrum pieszo 15 minut.

Příjemné a čisté místo s milou obsluhou. Voda 28 stupňů v bazénu, vířivka 32 stupňů. 3x tobogán, přičemž ten nejdelší má 2 skoky, takže když naberete rychlost, skoro se přetočíte. Doporučuji zajít v době mimo víkendy, kdy nejsou téměř žádní lidé. Co naopak doporučuji aquaparku je zamyslet se nad možností nainstalovat ve sprchách nějaké poličky či přihrádky nebo háčky, kam si zákazník může dát plavky, ručník, tašku nebo šampón.

Pokoje jsou čisté, dobře vybavené. Malý poznatek v koupelně - věšáky na ručníky bych umístil na dveře (3-4 ks) uvnitř koupelny. Držák na toaletní papír bych umístil výš a blíž k otevřeným dveřím (do vodorovné spáry obkladu). Aquapark výborný, jen připomínka na úklid sociálních zařízení (nedostačující). Stravování velmi dobré, obsluha příjemná, výběr dostačující, jen připomínka na placené občerstvení (pivo, víno, voda) mělo by být vše součástí pobytu.

Skvele misto pro vylety a následný relax v bazénu a ve wellnes centru, včetně zkušeného maséra. Misto pro rodiny s detmi, pro ktere je tu moznost vyziti za jakéhokoliv počasí Personál od recepční až po pokojske je stále usměvavý, ochotný a příjemný. Poděkování zaslouží kuchaři, kteří během našeho pobytu vařili výborná jídla na kterých jsme si pochutnali. Prostě misto kde se radí budeme vracet. Jediné mínus je slabá wifi,ale aspoň si odpočineme od mobilu Návštěvu bych určitě všem doporučila.
