Our tourist group was very happy for the stay in Hotel Astra. They enjoyed the swimming pool, which was included in the price and the breakfast was nice as well. Probably the best hotel in the region.

Positive: friendly staff, very fast wifi, free parking, clean room (important for me - they clean it in the morning). Negative: very small and old lift, too many stairs to go wherever, not big buffet but enough. I would repeat if we go again to Spindleruv mlyn.

Definitely not what I was expecting. The room is very simple and the breakfast is very poor. Everything need to be prepaid in the reception, you can't write it on the room and pay at the end of your stay. The towels are changes every 3 days !!!! The water in the pool is too cold. There are much better hotels for this price.

Young girl at the check in is kind. Level of English of staff can improve by far. Price: as 4 stars hotel 87 euro with breakfast same and higher than what found asking on site at nice 4 stars hotels. Room change afte day 1: Blankets were old, did not change Kleenex, no comfortable place to leave luggage. Customer service: asked payment on arrival (I normally ask) though they had my card. Parking was not sufficient for all guests and the additional available was far away. Finally they said that I communicated to an employee that i would have left the room 2 day in advance WHICH I NEVER DID.

This hotel is a perfect family destination. Summer or winter this is a fantastic location. Some great ski slopes for beginners or families on a budget. The staff are supper friendly and go out their way to help you in every way.

The were some small issues in our Room, but old classing Hotel in Hills can those haben. Overall it has a Bayern Style scharm. Food was good enough, Also Dinner was available, i would recommend to book it also, as in small Hill town all the restaurants are full and a little expensive, specially if you are here many people. Hotel offers absolutelly all Skiing need extras and acoording comfort with diffenet shelves in room or Dryer in Basement. Located 5 minutes Walk to the center (if you take short way, first we did not know and went a long 30minutes one :) Free Pool is also very very nice extra in cold winter days. WLAN only in Lobby, thas a minus! There is no luxus, but take a try!!

Recommended by friend, but really big disappointment. The menu looked promising, unfortunately the food was very low quality. Definitelly you can find better places to eat in Spindleruv Mlyn for the money.

We just spent a few autumn days at this hotel. It is 3* hotel. We have ordered an "Autumn package" plus half board. With 2 small children we had a family room, even 4 beds inside, it was enough space for children to play. Foor was good - we could choose also something for children. There is a nice pool in the hotel, good place to relax and spend time. Great space for parking. I would recomend this hotel if you don´t look for luxury hotel, but you would like to be in a nice normal place. Staff also helpful and friendly.

We stayed 2 people in a twin beds room. Rooms are just as in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. Hotel is located 15 min walk from Hromovka ski areal, 5 min walk from free buss station, 5 min drive from city centre. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
