We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. However I personally will have my concerns to revisit the Hotel for my next year Skiing 2024. Reason given is as follows: - NO Kids Menu for the age between 3 and 12 - Parking area not plowed during the week, had daily trouble to get the car out of the Parking lot. - Unfriendly Reception as of Wednesday to Saturday - TV Program shared in Room, however unable to view German Channels as pointed out available in room Information Guide - Requesting as a guest a snow shuffle at the reception, the gentlemen wanted a deposit even we are staying at your Hotel in Room 204.

300KC, 60PLN, 13 euro for car park is a joke. There is no ticket machine which let you choose time you want to leave your car so for 1h or 10mins you pay at reception like for full day. I fully understand costs of running business but not this tricky way. It is most expensive car park in the world. Believe me. Very unfair to people.

We spent there a weekend and every food was just excellent. Soup, starters, main dishes, Czech specialities - everything. On the other hand hotel is used and should be renovated. I also had to ask to change rooms as there was terrible smell in my first room 108. Second room was ok. We had 4 rooms in total and the best was 105 - nice big corner room.

This place has fantastic potential but looks like management don't care too much and tourists are still coming. Rooms in "dependance" need refreshment, painting etc. breakfast every good, swimming pool too. Service is ok considering this was a 2star place, not 4! They don't care too much about you and look tired. Dinner expensive which would be ok if quality was good. It's a nice place but require more attention from management. Don't expect 4 star service and quality. If you treat it like good shelter you won't be disappointed.

Stay at this accomodation was little bit strange...our room was okayish, i was only rly surprised that i had torn bed sheet, and under it i found part of a toy (this never happened to, ever). Breakfast and dinner was the buffet table kind. As we were there in high season, it was always full of guests. Food was okayish, i dont think i would return there.

Staff was so arrogant, only because we were pair of backpackers and not rich foreign tourists. Prices are trice as high as is normall anywhere in Czech Republic. Wanabee posh hotel. Better to stay in Špindlerův Mlýn and take a bus there.

Although our room was tiny (for 2 adults and 1 child), our stay was fairly nice, due to the fabulous location, caring staff (complaints dealt with quickly), the enjoyable wellness center and last but not least the restaurant. Enjoy mountain hiking in the area.

My partner and I booked this hotel so we could explore the local area. On booking we were asked if we wanted a room in the 'independents' a building away from the main hotel or in the main hotel its self. The 'independents' was cheaper but decided on the hotel. On checking in we were greeted by a friendly staff member we were on the second floor and had a spacious room with a good view over the giant mountains! It is in a great location if you want to walk in the national park but the hotel has a pool in case you don't! Breakfast was a buffet and there was a good selection. Good hotel if you just want to relax.
