Mixed views on this hotel. Have stayed in the resort for the third time and would put this hotel in the middle of the other two. On the positive side very kiddy friendly, two play areas one with a tv in the dining room so you could check on the kids if playing while you were eating.Room was marginally above average. Very clean but shower needs some attention. Also central heating not on yet so room was actually freezing but portable electric fan heater did warm it up. Absolutely no outside view, would drive me mad if more than a few days. That said we did ask for a ground floor room as their is no lift. Food, mediocre. Buffet service only and main course choices very czech and most times a good meat dish spoilt by very poor sauces. Wellness facility not bad but completely spoilt by an absolutely freezing pool. Locatiom about 10 minutes drive out of centre. Its way up the mountain side. Need a sat nav to find it. Would we stay again, probably not. Much better in resort centre. But for families with kiddies probably outways all the down sides…
My family and I stayed here for a week during our ski holiday. The place is nice, situated a bit up from the main road. The rooms are fine and the food is excellent! The only thing that we are dissatisfied with is some of the staff working at that time. I understand that it is a busy season and they get easily stressed with the number of people that they have to accommodate but that is also not a good reason to treat your customers arrogantly. The drivers who bring you to the skis are extremely annoying and arrogant and one of their receptionists is not really happy to work during that time that we are there. Imagine a week staying at this hotel with this kind of service! On the other hand, the bar and restaurant staffs are friendly so we spent most of our free time there. I hope they could learn how important customer service is and how basic it is for the kind of business they have.…
Visited in November 2019. Very good value for money. Room was big, clean and nice, with huge TV. Wellness nice and clean, including steam, small swimming pool, whirlpool bath, sauna... Very good and tasty meals, if you wish, you receive big portion.
The hotel is situated against the mountainside. From the outside it looks modern! The reception is very dark. One speaks little bit flawed German and no English at all. Our room was all the way up 4 floors with your suitcases. No elevator! Good luck! The room was clean and good size. Was a good bed with a good mattress! The shower was good and clean. Only the fan that always switched on with the light made a lot of noise! Diners alla card was simple but good. There was a lady who was very nice and served nicely. She spoke nice German to us. Breakfast is simple and the same every day. Eggs are freshly baked by a good-humored woman every morning! The environment and the hotel are focused on winter sports. For us the hotel was too far from the actual center. If you wanted to go to the center, you always had to pay for parking your car.…
Hotel Lesana is a good place to stay during Your ski vacation if You do not expect something too comfortable. It is situated a bit farther from the ski resort center. It has a good storge room for skies and other equipment. The rooms are not anything luxorious but good enough for a sleep although the bed was creaking and the walls were not soundproof. The restaurant had a very nice play corner for kids which had cameras and parents could keep an eye on their children thorough tv-s in the dining area. But the food was really something I would not give any points. And the hotel has not been able to give us an invoice during 4 months after our stay there even though we have asked for it many times. In conclusion - I would not go there again.
The hotel itself is not that bad - although it’s very “brown” like a setting from the ‘70ies, it actually has potential. That is about the nicest one can say about the hotel. Cleaning is a vacuum cleaner on the available floor space. Panels, under beds etc. is full of dust and dirt. Staff is unfriendly and not the least service minded. Maybe it’s not their fault as they might just be untrained and not service professionals. But the attitude is poor and for that there is no excuse. The food is awful. As in un-eatable! I don’t understand how they can serve it and still look into our eyes every day. After one evening meal, we decided to eat elsewhere for the rest of the week even though we had paid for meals in advance. Staff, again maybe simply untrained, blew noses, licked fingers and other disgusting things in the restaurant. At one point we had to laugh about it to get trough our breakfasts. The “spa” area is cold and not turned on until 5 pm where everyone is back from the slopes. So don’t get your hopes up for a quiet relaxing time. We asked the reception if it’s possible to turn on the sauna a least but with a downward pointing mouth the answer was of course a clear cut no. The child-friendly slope right next to the hotel as they advert for is not open to others than their ski school. So it’s not there. And when we asked if we could turn it on, the answer was of course no. Even though it’s a cheap hotel (to Western European standards) it’s not worth the money. I tried to find something nice to say but to be honest I can’t recommend it to other than teenagers going on their first own paid ski-trip with some friends. …
We stayed at the hotel while having our ski trip to Krkonose. The hotel was quite fine. The main things: it was clean and the matresses were very comfortable. There were many possibilities to have different activities. We enjoyed the restaurant with 2 kids corners which had a camera and it displayed the picture from the kids corner to the restaurant's dining area so it was very good to keep an eye on our children. I would have some complaints about the soundproofing of the walls and the creaking of the beds. We could hear very well all the sounds from the neighbours bathroom/toilet and the talking. The beds were creaking loudly every time someone changed the side in bed. In conclusion I would say the hotel is not anything fancy. I would not recommend it if You plan to have a relaxing time. It's just fine to sleep there.…
It supposed to me my husband birthday weekend with SPA relaxing moments... well all went terrible wrong... when stepped in hotel and awful smell of chlorine and mold hit us to our noses :-( I tried to smile as it was me who piad this fun. When we stepped in room, we realized that the bed has dirty sheets, trash bin is full of messy things, towels in bathroom were used alredy. We claimed it and had to leave hotel for one hour and come back later which ruined our plan. That special advertised dinner was worst than in some scout camp abd spa was closed at 9 pm so no time to use it at all. I was praying to survive night and again that terrifying brekfast. No more, please, this is 21 first century!
Super disrespectful unsmiling staff , rude, and service is very slow. Food is very bad , especially breakfast, it's boring, and there is no variety. In fact they looked at our group very strange, like we did something wrong...?! Like excuse me we are allowed to be there as well as the rest of the guests. I would not recommend it to anyone.
I went there for a week and it was really fun! I was impressed with the rooms because they were luxury, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had everything it needs. One day, I was really interested to go to the wellness, so I took a look for a while. It had saunas, a deep pool and a shallow pool, a jacuzzi, showers and a place to sit and relax. Every day, after skiing, I put my skis and poles in the locker and my ski boots on the dryer ( if there was any space). Every morning, I had a great breakfast, but the dinner wasn't that good. I wanted to try the lunch there, and I was really unhappy!!! 😭 But I had a great week!!! 👍
