Nice modern hotel, friendly staff, clean and modern rooms.. we arrived early and got the room before the check in time, with no extra charge.. the wellness is nice and clean, but a bit noisy because of the water jets.. in addition they let us use the parking until the evening.. also with no extra charge.. definitely will use this hotel again when I will visit this area again..
The hotel is what an experienced traveler can easily expect: cold architecture, nothing fancy, room is small but overall acceptable. Personnel heavily unprepared to deal with international guests, and surely the courtesy is not their strongest point. Overall very unpleasant relationships with the reception, bar and restaurant waiting staff, which serve average quality food for very expansive prices compared with other nearby restaurants. We'll not return.
Location of the hotel is good just under the slope, parking perfect. Reception personnel quite unprofessional but at least pleasant. Overall, it was OK, but the amenities - swimming pool was cold and not very clean. What is called "cardio zone" are three not working machines (elliptical and 2 bikes) in the corridor. Wellness and fitness is the biggest disappointment, definitely not for 4* hotel. Rooms are OK, nothing special. Breakfast also fine, ladies there were doing good job, they were managing to bring everything needed even in the "rush hour". WiFi was not working in our room on the 1st floor. Even almost no signal.
First experience for us in the Czech mountains and surprisingly there are plenty of thing to do in the area. The hotel is comfortable and well located next to the cable car which is by the way free if you stay for 4 nights or more. The restaurant is correct but the portions are rather small compared to the outside restaurants. The burger is however delicious ! Breakfast was ok but not mind blowing, no variety, always the same, and the milk was temperate which is awful if you wanna use it for the cereals. There are a few things that need improvement : no light in the swimming pool lockers, no light in the swimming pool area either which gives a dark atmosphere, minibar and AC didn't seem to be working. We had a family room which was very spacious but the sofabed is just really impossible to sleep on, it was hard as concrete. Hopefully we didn't need it. Not really important but only 15 channels out of the 40 were working on the TV. And for a family room I would suggest a bathtub instead of an italian shower.…
My multi-generation family of 8 stayed at Omnia during Christmas 2018 and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable for all types of travellers (couples, family, business). Family rooms are large with plenty of storage space and radiators to dry skiing outfits. Separate ski storage room in the basement of the hotel. Staff have been extremely helpful - including arranging to post abroad a pair of ski boots that we had left behind! Location is also fantastic - just across a parking from the ski lift taking skiers to the slopes. Skipass was included in the hotel price and could be used for all amenities in the local area (ski lifts, ski buses to other villages, etc.). A very enjoyable stay overall. Highly recommend.
