Detailed Reviews
We arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled check in time of 2pm with 5 energetic kids and tonnes of luggage. We were met by Bara behind reception who was super helpful , kind and accomodating our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and it seemed at one stage she was doing the job of 5 people ! The service in the hotel led by the elegant and charming Marketa was simply outstanding and for me was quite unusual for Czechia :)
Rooms were spacious clean, with tonnes of towels and bathrobes. To my amazement there was a bath with an assortment of soaps and shampoos . What a treat after freezing to death outside !
The hotel reception is a great space to hang out in with little sectioned off sofa areas to unwind and hang out. We played pool , table tennis and used the awesome spa facilities. My friends had an excellent Thai massage whilst we hung out in the jacuzzi over looking the snowy slopes and forests.
Breakfast and dinner were reasonable and I liked having freshly squeezed carrot juice.
The hotel has a modern designer feel to it with warm touches of wood to soften the feeling.
Its close to the centre and by all accounts you'll need a car.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in the staff greeted me with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area's attractions, and the great view from my room was the icing on the cake. The breakfast buffet was a delight, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day off right. Hotel service at a very high level, which resulted in a stay in a positive atmosphere - I can't wait for my next stay!

Hotel has appealing design and good proximity to the city for day walks.
Breakfasts are rich and waiter staff was really nice.
Also receptionists Jana and Jaroušek made a good impression aswell.
What made our stay bittersweet is the fact that gym we were especialy looking forward to use was closed due to reconstruction and we could also hear drilling noises. This is understandable but limited services and comfort should reflect on price which doesn't seem to be the case here.

Arrival at 21:50 - welcome drink a plus (draft beer and Proseco). After entering the room, the impression was ok (I thought there would be a larger bathtub). As for the bathtub, I wanted to use it and the first thing was that the plug didn't work properly and the water was leaking out, and the second thing was that there was no hot water, not even warm, only lukewarm. I went to the reception twice about this and the explanation was that the boiler was broken and I was the only one who reported it (looking at the reviews, I wasn't the first to have a problem with it). The phone in the room didn't work. The fridge in the room smelled of sausage and did not cool. The bedding is poor for "4 stars". Standard breakfast for such a place. Wellness not available at 10:15. Earlier, I consulted about what time I could enter the jacuzzi and I received information that the water would be changed by 10 a.m. (a positive thing), but at 10:15 when I called from the wellness zone (Poor zone), I was told it was still 30 minutes. I didn't use it in the end.
The reception treated us a bit like an enemy - that was my feeling. Mr. Daniel was ok.
Generally, we wanted to use the jacuzzi and the hot tub, but we were unable to use both. When booking, an hour was immediately purchased in the above-mentioned wellness zone (for €6), which it was not possible to use.
I won't come back here for sure.

Very nice hotel with a nice location. What is highly recommended is the spa area, which you can also book privately. The restaurant staff was always very accommodating and nice and also fulfilled special requests without any problems. In addition, the chefs who prepared the buffet and dishes with a lot of love.

We expected more. Right from the start, the demolished facade looked at us (probably they are making a new or outdoor terrace depending on the appearance). The welcome drink was very pleasant and satisfied us and the children. The room was probably one of those "before the reconstruction", it didn't seem very pleasant or well-lit, it was as if there was a lawn in the basement or right in front of the window (according to the elevator on the 2nd floor and the reception and the main entrance is in number 4). There was a dead fly on the lamp on the table, which was there with us for the next three days (even though the cleaning ladies came every day 🤷🏼♀️). The mug next to the kettle was obviously already used ♀️ 🤦🏼 but not by us. Even though I checked in online at least partially by filling in the information about the guests and the reservation was for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), the extra bed was not ready (everything was prepared after repeated notification to the reception) 👍 I am very happy about the children's corner next to the reception , which is certainly a great benefit 👏👏 but it could have been cleaned enough (a huge stain on the carpet and about 6 different carpets) it didn't make a very good impression, in any case it fulfilled its purpose. The little one also immediately noticed that the outdoor playground does not look like the picture (on the hotel's website) and that the trampoline and the yellow slide that I motivated her with are missing. In general, the playground was quite dilapidated :( with protruding nails covered by a hit tennis ball 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ it would also be appropriate to fence the playground for the safety of the children (they can very easily fall from the high hill directly into the parking lot when they climb out of the sandbox: (as a parent who is in charge of two small children at the same time, I know that this can be a big problem. Not all of us know how to be in two places at once ☹️ otherwise, the hotel staff has always been nice and helpful, there are no reservations about that. 🌸

+1
we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Pytloun in Harrachov, everything was great. Always pleasant at the reception and in the restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner we were served by a great waiter who was always very nice and friendly.
We also used the hotel's wellness and we were very satisfied, the place has a beautiful outdoor whirlpool with a great view and the wellness is always fragrant
Thank you and we look forward to the next time ❤️

We used the hotel for a 5-day stay in the mountains in winter. It has a good location with a beautiful view of the slope. The location is great as a starting point for trips. The hotel is not exactly bad, but we expected a little more. Now there is a renovation going on, but it doesn't disturb the guests.
Pluses
- good food, breakfast also fine
- Hotel location
- The rooms are cleaned very well
- great waitress (unfortunately, I don't know her name, black-haired), she was very nice when she served us, everything was on the table immediately
Cons
- older room equipment
- in the playroom all the toys for smaller children are broken and dirty, the playroom in general needs to be cleaned.
- cold food at dinner
- right after arrival, instead of a welcome drink, they want a deposit of about 2000 CZK, you can't pay by phone, the terminal didn't accept the card either
- the reception also serves as a bar, so the receptionist pours beer at the same time

Accommodation was comfortable and modern, unfortunately the food in the restaurant was not very tasty in my opinion and the service in the restaurant was not good either. There was only pizza or a very bad menu, which I thought was a shame because Czech cuisine is actually great.
But the pizza is homemade and delicious :)
Otherwise the hotel is child-friendly, clean, the spa is modern and freely accessible and everything else is very well equipped.

Nach anfänglichlicher Skepsis wegen etwas kühlem und wenig aufmerksamen Empfang und dem letzten Kellerzimmer mit Renovierungsschwächen hatten wir eine großartige Zeit.
Nicola and Daniel and Olessa did a very good job in helping us around with everything regarding food and service. The Food was exceptionally good breakfast and dinner.
We really liked the stay.
Only bad and disappointing hat the advertised wellness is excluded and they have a ridicoulous concept to book and use.
