I stayed in this Hotel last week and was very good. Even though that is a little bit far from the old city (25 min walk) it worth. Good bed, nice shower, you can drink a good bear and play pool in the reception. Receptionists were very kind and supportive. Breakfast good, not what I am used to eat in... More

The location of the A1 Hotel is ok, about 10 minutes walk from the Old Town, bus and train stations. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and served between 7am and 10am. My room (212) was noisy but comfortable enough. The room decor was, well how can I put it, a bit flamboyant, with a... More

It is in the middle of the capital city. The price considering location was also good. Near by there is good Chinese restaurant. Room itself was quite fine. The hotel itself is not well done. There is no elevator and the room smelled musty. The walls in the bathroom close to the showers have panels! This is when the smell... More

the lady at the front desk was kind and helpful, and did her best to get us a room before check-in time as we arrived earlier and really wanted to shower before seeing the city. breakfast exceeded our expectations! we hadn't hoped for such variety considering the room rate was fairly low. it was also very easy to reach the... My husband and I stayed at the A1 Hotel in May 2014, we arrived for your friends wedding and were needy for a hotel that is very central and gas good amenities by hand. Therefore, we have chosen this place and hoped it will serve us well for the purpose to be in the city centre as and when required.... More

The hotel is shabby (especially the staircase) but cheap. The location is 15 minutes walk from the city center. Some rooms are 3 stars some more like 2. The breakfast is very basic. Service is friendly.

Rooms where messy and weary. Especially bathroom. Breakfast was really poor. And the reception ladies where more interested in Facebook then clients. When asking for help with not working TV reception lady accused us for hitting the wrong button on remote controller.

Stayed here for three nights. Close to public transport and 15 minutes walking distance to old town. Nice restaurants close to hotel. Air conditioning didn't work for few days, but it was an issue in the whole hotel, not just our room. Wifi worked smoothly through our stay. Would recommend this hotel for budget travellers, who are not looking to... More

The hotel and the interior looks like it have been there since the Days of Stalin. Inside the room the management has done some upgrade and for the Money spent you get a good night sleep. Nice and friendly staff 5-stars to them. It’s within walking distance to city center.
