Great little hotel within walking distance of the Art Noveau quarter, the old town and other delights such as the Latvian National Museum of Arts. Quirky bookshop Roberts Books is also nearby, along with various bars and restaurants. Staff friendly and rooms clean and comfortable.

This hotel is a lovely small family run hotel. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I travelled with my 2 sisters on a city break and this hotel was about a 10 min walk from the city centre, perfect location. The breakfast was a really nice continental breakfast with a mix of traditional Latvian food and breakfast cereals/toast. The staff offered us tea/coffee on our return to the hotel at night, they were very kind. Our flight was quite late at night so we were allowed leave our bags there post check out for the day until we returned back that evening to go to the airport. The only negative I have really is that the rooms are very small (we had a twin room and a single) this was grand for us but I could see how some might find it difficult with the lack of space.

Perfect location! Really cannot imagine a better one for this price. Very clean hotel and super friendly staff. However, fact that there was no air conditioning or ventilator in a room was a bit disappointing when there is 30 degrees outside. Will definitely consider this hotel on my next trip to Ryga.

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel on our first visit to Riga to see our new granddaughter. We were not expecting a lot for the price but were really pleased with our choice. We experienced a bit of Latvian hospitality in a quiet hotel which is very central and convenient for exploring the city. The local area is quiet and well maintained with plenty of places to eat and have coffee nearby and small grocery shops too. The staff are the best, very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also good, freshly cooked eggs, a selection of meats and cheese, cereal, juice, fruit, yogurt, cake! and fresh coffee and toast, we really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend for a short stay in Riga.

The hotel is lovacated close by the old town, around 15 minute walk through 2 nice parks, so we did not mind the distance. The hotel is 3* hotel, but the service is really 5 stars! The room was cozy, bed was very comfortable (extra point for free water). The breakfast was much better than expected, quality coffee, omlette, sandwiches, pancakes, yoghurts, fruits. The really best thing about this hotel is the people that work there, they really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and cared for! We are really happy that we chose this hotel!

Friendly and welcoming and helpful. The candy on the pillow is a sweet touch. Basic, but has what you need, although Wi-Fi was spotty. Fridge, storage closet, window that opens. Breakfast has a nice selection of fresh and tasty choices. They make you a delicious cappuccino. Close to the main street, old town, restaurants and shops, but still a quiet area. This is a small, family run hotel that is a good choice for a place to sleep.

Spent 2 nights here and we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is tucked into a quiet little courtyard, just a short walk from the old city. Despite being in an older building, the hotel is well-maintained and thoroughly updated with all mod cons. The staff was incredibly helpful. Rooms were clean. Small cafe/bar serves up a surprisingly good breakfast in the morning and a decent drink to relax with in the evening. Long and short of it, I would stay here again.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast in a quiet part of town yet a short walk through the park to the old town and all the sights. The staff are pleasant however certainly not bursting with enthusiasm. They are there to do a job and nothing more
