The best thing is the location - close to the beach and the main street. The room was OK - fairly basic with quite thin walls (we could hear people snoring next door). Check-in was also easy and friendly. Parking good value at EUR 5 a night. Breakfast was adequate - definitely not delicious. The gym was big with a wide range of machines but suffering a bit of wear and tear. We looked forward to the spa - but do not expect to relax there! It was full of children of all ages. I was shocked to see parents bringing their children as young as 2 or 3 into very hot saunas/steam rooms. There was a requirement to wear bathing suits and people wore these in the saunas and just sweated over everything and then dived into the pools without showering. Really disgusting. With so many children and teenagers, it was loud and chaotic. The worse thing was the risk to young children. I say a young child ran at full speed into a glass sauna door. She literally bounced off it. It was very disturbing. Introduce a minimum age of 12 years before a child has a serious accident.…
Spacious and clean family room. Very good sauna and pool center. Convenient location close to the beach and walking Jomas street. Breakfast with good choice. Restaurant is very beautiful, good menu and nice staff. Large private parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again.
When we arrived we checked in fast. Room was lovely with a fantastic view. Breakfast was amazing, so much options for Gluten and Lactose free. Spa/Swimming pool was absolutely amazing. Staff where so nice and helpful. Location was perfect, €15 from airport using Bolt. Only negative was the shower in the room was very very small.
Stayed for one night in a bigger room with my mum. Enjoyed the pleasant stay, the staff was responsive, the SPA and pool experience pleasant. In the saunas and pool not much people on a workday. You get very good continental breakfast, but it has less options if compared to previous year.
Great SPA services and breakfast, nice staff, location close to sea. The only our room window was close to condition equipment and it was a bit too noisy at night for good sleep with open window. Better to take sea view.
2nd time in here. All good, spa was excellent, everything is organized .Very good breakfast. I travel a lot and I can tell that in “Hotel Jurmala spa” breakfast is very very good. At the night was very quiet and outside was hot, in room was air conditioned, so we can put how many grades we want.
The service and room was nice. Food was ok. For some reason SKY bar was closed and restaurant closed already 21.00. Spa pools area could bigger and cleaner. Had same spa treatment for 2 people at same time ended having quite different experiences. Nothing to use for drying swimwear in room (bathroom) nor in SPA area.
comfortable beds, very nice pools and saunas; the problem was crowd during the breakfast - you have to wait for the coffe in line 5 minutes so if you want to eat breakfast in peace you have to come early in the morning. . mineral water in the rooms payable 4,5 euro :( . no coffee and tea making facilities in the room. on the top floor, a bar overlooking the sea, open only on weekends
Nice clean room. Beach is also very near approx 300 metres. We also suggest hotel restaurant. Food was very delicious. Children loved the playground. We also enjoyed the spa very much. Only negative thing is that hotel is Hard to find with GPS.
Very helpful staff. Spa treatment was good, saunas were ok but would need better cleaning. Bar on top floor was closed. Good location. In overall this hotel needs renewal, room was ok but feels worn out.
