Everything was fine. The great advantage of this hotel is its location. I really enjoyed the sunset in the outdoor lounge right by the sea. Good service, nice views, clean comfortable room, only lack of good food.
The stay was not bad, but it was not worth 5 stars because the service was not at a level equivalent to 5 stars. The biggest frustration I experienced was after leaving. When I got home, I noticed that I had left my drinker. I quickly found contacts and wrote. I was hoping the manager would really find and take me to the front desk. However, I did not receive any response. Then I called, explained back, forwarded the letter again. Unfortunately neither call nor no answer. In one word, communication is equal to 0. I am very disappointed, I don't want to go there anymore. A trifle, but it says a lot about the attitude towards the customer.
Everything excellent, except the fact that we came with friends to celebrate Latvian Midsummer day, but in reality it was the party reminding Soviet 90's, in Russian language, even famous Latvian composer's Raimonds Pauls' music sang in Russian. as if, no war in Ukraine, no sanctions for Russia, only gossiping rich Russian tourists.
Furniture with “old” marks and smell. Roofs that are well visible from balcony- unclean, old. Nescafe 3in1 is not a level for such class hotel. No ventilation at wc, no possibilities to improve smell (missing air freshener). Only one and super slow, old coffee machine for all the guests in the breakfast room + no milk at it. Info about additional cost I received one day before arrival reg. car parking and regarding 100eur deposit fee, only when we checked in late at night. Such additional costs has to be informed before reservation.
We came for SPA to this hotel and got terrible treatment and service. “Russian style for Russians” this would be my description about the SPA especially… Horrible service and policy. Receptionist were angry and not polite. I never ever would recommend this place anymore
Myself and my partner staying in Jurmala came to relax in the spa after long journey. I ordered sport massage and my partner classic relaxing massage. None of us got what we paid for. My “masseuse” knowledge of the treatment was the biggest disappointment plus his sweat was all over the place. Treatment rooms are not clean, maintained either organized, zero attention to details. Let’s say not our cup of tea, strongly not recommended.
Excellent service, helpful staff, very good location, hotel friendly for families with kids. The choice of food was rich and delicious. Really enjoyed the luxurious spa. We will definitely come back again.
The location of the hotel is right on the beach and our family room had two balconies - one facing the sea. Room was very clean and included some complimentary tea, coffee and water. Staff were very helpful and nice. This included receptionists, spa staff and especially all those lovely bar staff. Cocktails served were great. Breakfast was superb. Great variety of food for all breakfast desires.

Thank you for A great overall experience. The rooms where clean and nice,the service was amazing very welcoming. It was possible to book the pool and sauna even after the official hours,which was very nice!
