Hotel has an excellent location near the beach and just a few minutes walk to Jomas street. Generally room was comfortable but few things might be improved - for me the bed was too high and bathtub too narrow. But I really enjoyed the hotel relaxing atmosphere. Definitely I will come again!

Doesnt even try to compare it with any other hotel in Jurmala. Yes, Spa is great, treatment room depends on the treatment you picked and food is great. I dont have anything bad to say, maybe just furniture needs to be upgraded.

Considering we there for 4 nights we found the experience as unwelcoming right from when we checked in to check out. It appeared as the staff was doing us a favour rather than a service. The rules for mask were different for us vs. the locals...they could roam around without masks. We were questioned about COVID certificates at every given opportunity but others in front of could just walk in. Just overall experience was impersonal. The only pleasant person was the Porter - Mark. We was helpful and respectful.

+ the location, the parking facilities, the room size were excellent - Unfortunately, the toilet in the room was broken and had to be repaired first. I cannot say why this very obvious damage was not noticed during cleaning. The hotel advertises (also currently) the SPA facilities (the saunas are unfortunately closed due to COVID, why is it advertised? The motors of the hydromassage made a noise, I can only compare it with aircraft engines at take-off (but as loud as they are within Europe would be forbidden). Since at a rate of EUR 300.00 per night also omelets and orange juice are charged with a surcharge of EUR 9.00 or EUR 5.00, I do not understand. The price is at the upper end for Latvia, for comparable hotels in BE-NE-LUX, D-A-CH the customer service is free of charge. The choice of seats in the breakfast area (only usable with a time slot) is exceptional, only what I heard was that another area could be used by me. This is approx. 50 m away. So to the buffet, to the seat, back to the buffet, etc. When asked why I could not use one of the free tables, COVID came up for discussion, this would only be possible with a vaccination (I am double vaccinated). The employee then came to the point that I had to understand the employee's situation. Certainly not, they have the reservations for that and I am certainly not interested in hearing the complaints of the employees while on vacation in a 5 star hotel. In response to a clear address, a table was assigned, unfortunately I was unable to get a desired table (allegedly the family was at the buffet, which unfortunately wasn't right)

It was our honeymoon and we were so exited to stay at a nice hotel with spa facilities also. It starts out quite bad when the electricity didn’t work in our room ( happened twice doing 5 days) and we had to call the electrician. Then we wanted to enjoy their spa area but we had to pay for a “health paper” so we could use the pool because of COVID. 40€ is a lot to use a cold pool and we found out the sauna was closed after we paid. On their website it still said it was open so that was also quite sad. The service was probably the worst thing about the stay tho, as an allergic I am always worried when I eat out and I have to ask for the good ingredients. The first waiter I asked said “1 min” and never came back to me because she wasn’t good at English so I waited 20 min and asked her again and then she found another waiter who also didn’t speak English. After 10 min they found a guy running luggage to say that I could eat 10% of the brunch. This review could be a lot longer but but you have to stop at some point. I would think that they treat you good if you pay for the best room and you are Russian, but I wouldn’t know.
