The Nordic Hotel Forum comes highly recommended for its prime location and range of praised amenities, including a diverse breakfast buffet and a spotless spa. Guests appreciate the modern ambiance and spotless rooms with comfortable beds, although some note occasional noise and temperature issues. While the service garners compliments for its efficiency and friendliness, there have been sporadic reports of service lapses. Despite criticisms of costly parking and some services, many travelers find the hotel to offer good value, particularly with the inclusive spa access and breakfast.

Beautifully appointed and very spacious rooms, with lovely public areas and, in particular, a very welcoming bar. The pool and spa on the top floor were a real treat, with the added bonus of fantastic views across the City. Great location for the historic city centre, but also immediately adjacent to the regenerated and very funky Rotterman district. Breakfast buffet was excellent and offered an amazing selection and variety of food - we particularly enjoyed the omelettes made freshly to order. The only thing that let it down were the two highly temperamental coffee machines which didn’t seem up to the job of dealing with the demand - but a very minor problem in what was otherwise a hugely enjoyable stay!

The hotel was very modern and clean, the service at the reception was a bit of mixed experience depending on who was on duty at the moment but all things were handled as requested.

The accessible room was very small, just enough space for a wheelchair only on one side of the bed.
Sliding door to the bathroom is wide enough but offers no sound proofing or privacy what so ever.
The wall mounted shower chair is hard to use if you have issues with balance and body control.

The hotel in itself was very accessible.

Excellent midsummer trip at Nordic Hotel Forum. We even had a crib for our daughter prepared when we arrived. A car parking spot in the garage for an EV was also marked with register plate signs up on arrival for us. The breakfast had wide variety of choices to select and even though the spa section was small it was convenient for our family. I have been in this hotel earlier around 5 times and especially after the renovations during COVID period I will definitely suggest this hotel to everyone I know.

I requested a quiet room both when booking and when I checked in. I was given a room (642) at the back of the hotel. Although there was therefore no street noise, it was directly below the power unit for the swimming pool, which made a continuous rumbling noise that was extremely disturbing and made it impossible to sleep. I contacted reception who moved me to a different room which was much quieter, so then everything was fine. However, it seemed odd that they would allocate me room 642, when they clearly knew about this problem and when I had specifically requested a quiet room, if there were other rooms available.

The hotel is in a very convenient location just outside the old town walls. Breakfast is plentiful. Rooms are modern, spacious and the air conditioning works well.

I attempted to use the swimming pool twice but both times it was too crowded with young children to be relaxing.

It is a large hotel that feels somewhat cold and impersonal; I never saw a single member of the reception or breakfast staff smile.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback about your recent stay with us. We truly appreciate you sharing both the positive and negative aspects of your experience, as it helps us to continuously improve. We are so sorry to hear that the room we initially assigned you did not meet your request for a quiet space. We understand how important a good night's sleep is. We apologize that this wasn't flagged during your check-in, especially after you mentioned it during booking as well. We are grateful you brought this to our attention, and we're glad our staff was able to move you to a quieter room for a more restful stay. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location, delicious breakfast spread, modern and spacious rooms, and the well-functioning air conditioning. However, your feedback about the pool being crowded and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feeling impersonal is valuable. We strive to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for all our guests, so we'll definitely be discussing your comments with our team to see how we can improve in these areas. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you the hospitality we take pride in. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if you're considering returning, and we'll be happy to ensure a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Room (standard double) very functional, spacious and comfortable. Located in the very centre, close to shops, restaurants, old town, transport hub, but no disturbing street noise (at least not on the 6th floor). Always enough space in the breakfast area, very good choice. A pool, a jacuzzi, a steam sauna and a Finnish sauna on the 8th floor were impeccable and mostly empty in the mornings when I visited them (there's a beautiful view to the old town from the poolside). There was also a seemingy well-equipped fitness room (didn't use this).

Wide, comfortable beds, a powerful hot shower, and easy-to-use heating and AC made the stay very pleasant. Our room was very clean and fully equipped. It has proper hangers that you can take out of the closet and hang back up again without much fiddling. A big compliment for the breakfast, no wish was left unfulfilled. It's just a shame that some guests don't appreciate this and behave like pigs. But of course the hotel and the staff can't do anything about that.

Really convenient to be able to use your phone as your keys. The breakfast was really nice. Also the swimmingpool with sauna and Hot tub were great, with a nice view over old town Tallinn. The room is equipped with soaps and you can even watch some tv in English or German.

Hotel was well worth its 4*. Hotel areas were plush, desk staff, breakfast staff and pool area person were polite and helpful. Room (814) was large, and felt new and fresh, bed large and comfy, fridge, coffee machine, very smart bath and coffee machine. Slept well.

I spent five nights in this hotel, to visit Tallinn in the pre-Christmas period. A very apt choice!
The hotel is modern, very clean and the rooms are large, very nice and well insulated, it is very quiet. Great wifi, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is large, clean and functional.
The breakfast buffet is very rich, there is a great choice for all tastes. There are enough tables, but depending on the time, when there are too many people at the same time, it is chaotic to go to the buffet.
I haven’t tried the spa, so I can’t comment on it, but I had dinner once in the hotel restaurant (Noho restaurant), it was very good, affordable, and I was served in a courteous and efficient way.
The location of the hotel is excellent: in a 5-minute walk you will reach the historic center, in front of the hotel there is a large shopping center (annexed to the Sokos Viru hotel), behind the hotel is the modern Rotermann district, with shops, restaurant and cafe, and a few minutes walk from the hotel there are at least two supermarkets.
If I return to Tallinn, I would definitely still choose this hotel.

Taxi will cost about 10 euros to get there. There is also a Tram nr. 4 from Airport to the Hotel. Stop name is Hobujaama, walk 100 meters in driving direction, it’s on your right. Driver sells tickets.
