Stale welcoming, no minibar content - only waterbottles (reception said it should be empty anyway, police had said no more alcohol or anything in the fridge), bugs from the shower drain, very small space between beds, no air conditioning - only fan on the table. Lousy breakfast : watery yoghurt and "cold" coffee, cold wieners...Paper walls, could`ve join neighbours conversation in the middle of the night.

The location is excellent, just a minute walk to the City Hall square, the service is also good and the hotel room is clean. The breakfast was average - there was some options, but nothing exclusive. What was a little bit disappointing is the size of the room - it was really small, there was almost none spare space to walk. And the window in the room was extremely small. I am also suspicious about the tap water - there was some strange smell.

We paid strong money for this hotel and it wasn't anything like the suggested £36 per night. I can only describe the service as dismal. Rude unhelpful staff. Stone cold food at breakfast that is meant to be hot. Refused breakfast because they wanted to close early. Not enough seating at breakfast No towels in the rooms plus other things not in place. Wouldn't accept cash because they had no change. Just one thing after another. Can't recommend.
