we didn't like our mattresses and the bed was too high. We couldn't open the door leading to the stories rooms, in spite of all efforts and new recharging our keys. But we loved Talllinn and our stay in your city.

This review is for a two night stay in June 2019. Technically part of Sokos Viru hotel, so be careful when you book! The older hotel is call the Original Sokos hotel. They share the same lobby, but with different check-in desks. The rooms are brightly decorated (see pics) and I would say the standard size for a business room if a compare it with a Hilton. The room has all the standard bits, iron, safe, coffee machine, bath robes etc. My room had a walk in shower, compared to other reviews, everything was clean. Breakfast for the hotels are in two separate places on the second floor, you will be directed! The selection was good (hot/cold), but but Hilton standard. The Solo rooms are over a large shopping centre with good isolation from the road, although a little noise does come in. I agree with other reviews, the AC might be weak in peak summer depending on which side your room is. The AC is silent when off, but the windows don't open. Excellent location from Old Town (3 mins), shopping centre and dont forgot the KGB museum. Some floors have common mini-lounges with free coffee (bean to cup machine) Staff were always helpful. Drops one mark for slight noise from one other room.

Technically part of Sokos Viru hotel, promises better quality at slightly higher price. Reality is that rooms are bigger, but overall cleanliness leaves lots to be desired. Dust in shelves, stained sheets and undescribable "dirt" in bathroom take the fun away. Also, A/C unable to keep a constant temperature. Despite being 55F outside, room temperature could get no lower than 80 degrees, due to solar gain. So! Great location, but needs some care.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Solo Sokos Hotel Estoria for a three nights in Tallinn and we’re sure we couldn’t have made a better choice. The hotel is super central, walking distance to anywhere, right in front of the Old Town. Super convenient! The decoration is fun and youthful and the views over the city are breathtaking. Service is great and so are all the amenities. Very comfortable beds and nice shower. Breakfast is yummy and so is the food from their restaurant Amarillo! Worth the try. We had some food to take to the spa (they have a private spa which is awesome). Lovely experience. Very happy with our choice. Hope to be back soon! Thank you for the lovely experience and warm welcome to Estonia.
