Detailed Reviews
I expected the room to be cleaner than it was. There was some dust and small trash on the floor and on the furniture. We also had a bad luck as the visitor in the next room was behaving madly in the middle of the night. He was shouting and smashing the wall and we couldn't sleep. In addition, I was surprised that there was only one hand sanitiser in the breakfast room although the area was very crowded in the morning. Location and staff of the hotel are good.

+1
Because the weather was still quite summery, we changed our booking from the newly renovated Tallink City Hotel to this hotel. We wanted to have a balcony.
The price for a suite with a nice big balcony with sea views was just 127 euros. It was a prepaid non-refundable rate but we made the booking just four days before our arrival.
There are also superior rooms with a smaller balcony.
The hotel is located nearer Terminal D than Terminal A, where we arrived onboard Viking XPRS. However, there is a new pedestrian bridge that made the walk much shorter than before.
Although the hotel is not new, the rooms are still modern. The suites are very spacious. Some come with a sauna and some with a bathtub. Last time, we stayed on the top 6th floor and there was a sauna. Now we got the 3rd-floor suite with a bathtub.
The shopping center Nautica is located next to the hotel. Here you can find a big grocery store, other shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
The breakfast had a good selection of food.

The hotel itself is decent. Clean, yet the bathroom seemed a little worn (broken tiles and table around the sink looked dirty). Bed was terribly hard. Corridors could have had better lighting (it was really dim).
Breakfast was decent. I had messaged the hotel beforehand to ask about the chance of getting some gluten free bread or müesli on breakfast. I never got an answer. I asked the same question of a woman standing behind the counter checking our room number when going to the breakfast. She just seemed really rude and said "Just go look over there" and pointed to the breakfast room. So I went and found nothing. Not a single sign indicating anything about allergens. That was the biggest problem for me as a coeliac. No separate serving for gluten/dairy free or for vegans. However I thought I try my luck with one of the waiters and asked if there was any gluten free bread, and she said there was! So, I got some bread (not any non-contaminated butter though) but otherwise one just has to pick stuff that are most likely safe to eat. There were cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, also yoghurt and canned fruits, so I got my stomach full anyway.
The location is very good if one arrives on a cruise ship. However there's a lot of building work going on in the harbour area, so walking around wasn't always easy. Short distance to the old town as well as to the Rotermanni area.

Pluses:
Morning sauna, very good breakfast buffet, large standard rooms, with wood theme + you don't need to have the hotel card or other card to activate the electricity in the room = you can charge electronics when away.
And the bed mattress is firm and good, almost better than the one I have at my home.
The minibar fridge is empty, but cold, so you can cool your own drinks w/o taking out stuff.
Minuses (not very substantial): No posters or pictures on the walls of the room, which gives a bit of a cold feeling. The Samsung hotel TV doesn't have a chromecast/miracast option, so you are stuck to linear TV, unless you bring a HDMI cable. Also the apps on the TV seem outmoded since BBC news didn't work, and Plex couldn't reach my server, enven though I could log in.

Everything was good. Very friendly staff, room was cozy and clean. We got a free room upgrade by just asking (it said that it's available on booking.com) Breakfast was tasty and the choice was large. Definitely will go back.

Hotel close to the center and the port terminals of Tallinn, near the hotel there is a shopping center and supermarket. Quick reception and check-in, average room, needs a little more cleaning. Be careful, of the 4 days I was there, 2 of them did not make the room, they only changed the towels, they should advertise it on their pages so we know about it when hiring it. Normal breakfast, although very crowded, they should have more staff to remove the services from the used tables. They were constantly restocking, the quality of the products was low.

Just needed a nice quiet room to concentrate and sleep in peace. Also I had guests for the evening and this upgrade from simple standard double room which booking.com surprisingly gave me, was awesome! Big window on seaport lights etc, bath, waterkettle and some tea/coffeestuff, sofatable andTV flat screen with colours bright as the sky and stars!
Like a living room- Enough space to feel free if 3-4 people.Bed for 2 but chosingly booked alone this time.
Already spread the word about the welcoming house & my room type to 4 other friends:)

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. However, the constant push to upgrade my room or buy other services was just too much. I wouldn't have minded if it was just a couple of times, but it seemed to come every day. Please respect my decision that I booked what I wanted.

Lovely view to the port. Silent atmosphere. All the floors covered with carpet. Zoom-in mirror in the bathroom. Delicious breakfast with a view to the port. Hotel services can be ordered via a smart-TV.

We stayed there for 3 day in the beginning of July and we had the same with the broken AC but it was not that big issue (you are in Estonia do not forget) although it was a little bit hot for the area.
The staff in the reception are helpfull and the breakfast is excellent!!
The hotel is close to the Terminals at the port, about 5 min walk, also the Old Town is about 7-8 min walk, very close i can say.
At the back of the hotel there is the Nautica shopping center with a SuperMarket in it. The rooms are spacious with every day cleaning.
I defenetely recommend it.
