The bed is somewhat comfortable and the location is good for access to the Old Town. That's the good part. High windows with no curtains, stained sheets, no basic tea or coffee in room, no air conditioning or fans, noisy, hot rooms, no exhaust fan in bathroom, sink and bedside tables falling off the walls, absolutely revolting colour scheme, and... The hotel is a bit strange place, it's a fitnesscentre as well. I had to walk long corridors, through lots of doors to get to my room, everytime I got lost again. The breakfast was not that much and the breakfastroom was far too small for all the hotelguests. People had to wait for taking some bread or tea and... More

Very Good location, this otel has a big spa and wellness center. The rooms are clean and spacious. But the only and important deficient is none refrugerator in the room. The breakfast is rather sufficient

The rooms are spacious with decent shower facility however the bathroom tends to flood as with most hotels who use shower curtains. The entry door to our room was hung wrong and only opens 60% of the way giving it a feeling of something stuck behind the door. The doors dont sit flush and you have to force it in... More

This hotel is well located in the old town. The overall design of the hotel is poor, it would appear that it is a work in progress. In our wing the ground floor was not being utilised. First floor rooms only have access from a staircase. Our room had a small window that opened about 60mm giving very little ventilation... More

This hotel is quite average. The rooms are not very nice and there is no wifi in the rooms. The breakfast was boring and not tasty. The best part about the hotel were the pools. The pools were mostly just pools and were not very special. Although, we did enjoy the outdoor hot tub. All in all, it was a... More

This is a bog standard hotel with a rather outdated spa but is generally not bad. My main complaint about it is that we arrived very wet from rain that had suddenly lashed down and I went in search of a drier. I saw a member of staff disappearing into a room which said "laundry" so I followed and knocked... More

Where to start? It has been a while since I was in a hotel this poor. It was on an organised travel tour so no way to avoid it. I read a couple of other reviews and I see that they all suffered some or all of the things I suffered from.... - Heigh windows on one side without curtains... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and I absolutely hated it. Why you ask? Starting with the fact that the "hotel" is more interested in running the gym as opposed to attending to hotel patrons. I was locked out on the second day because they did not know that our tour group was staying 2 nights so I had to get... More
