I just love the dark style & color of this hotel. I visited this hotel because of the concierge, Madis, who helped me a lot in Tallinn. The hotel is stylish and peaceful. Great views from the room. However the best part of the room was the bathroom. Modern & nice.
Spent 4 nights here in August 2020 with the family. Hotel was perfect in every way. Excellent rooms with great city views. Nice bathrooms with very efficient showers (a must in any hotel). Gym and spa were also very good. The location is perfect with the old town less than a 10 minute walk away. The airport is easlily reached by tram which stops very close to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Best of all were the wonderful people who work here. The reception, spa, restaurant,cleaning and bar staff wre without exception freindly and helpful. A special thank you to the reception staff for thoughtfully putting us in adjoining rooms and for their help with directions, taxis etc. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we were back in Tallinn.
I spent one night at Swissôtel Tallinn in early August (my daughter and her partner lived in next room). Everything went extremely smoothly and well during my visit. Especially the staff – at the front desk and in the restaurant (breakfast) – took very good care of guests needs. In my opinion, the hotel pays special attention to the safety of its guests during these exceptional times. Breakfast was well arranged as the chef was serving warm food and preparing omelettes according to wishes. Fruits, vegetables, mueslis, breads, croissants etc. were served in the buffet but were pre-packed or covered to prevent them from contaminating. I can honestly recomment this hotel to everybody who wants to spend time in Tallinn and wishes to feel safe during the stay. And of course, enjoy spacious and comfortable rooms with great views.…
There is some international feeling in this tall building. There is a spa at 11th floor, and most (if not all) guest rooms are above it. On 30th floor there is a bar and a restaurant. King harbour view room was very nice. Good bed. Good shower. Free wifi is fast, although there is an option to upgrade it for faster. No valet parking and no porter.
Taking into consideration that this is a 5-star hotel the overall experience in these exceptional times was confusing and subpar. Plastic-wrapped breakfast items, no house cleaning (unless you separately request it), confused staff.
