To start, I want to say something positive. The location is great, the hotel is beautiful and the SPA and breakfast staff were wonderful and welcoming. The food was also really good and for that, i probably will visit Tchaikovski restaurant again. Spa deserves double mentioning because we really liked its privacy and spa treatments were really enjoyable. However, not everything went so smoothly. We wanted to book one of their special packages and our process started on Sunday. We have never ever had to make so many calls, mails, etc. so we could book a day in a hotel. So after 5 calls, 2 mails and 2 days finally one lovely staff member said that now everything is alright and we can come. I don't know was it a language barrier but the receptionist was like a store clerk who just asked for information and finalized the payment transaction. No questions like have we already booked dinner, information where breakfast will be or do we know where is spa. Also, the welcoming treats were delivered after 2 plus hours (after I called to reception about them). Check-out was a similar experience. I don't know why we were treated so poorly - we paid over 400eur for that day but most of the staff acted like we were a burden to them.…
Good service, beautiful room, top breakfast, very good location in old town. Nice spa. It’s one of the rare places in the world where you can order Eggs Royale with no questions asked or i dont have to explain what it is... A La Carte style breakfast.
I stayed in Telegraaf for one night in January. We all loved our stay from the moment we walked in. Breakfast was perfect, as always! I didn’t go to spa, but many from our group did and they enjoyed it a lot. I wish we could go again soon, as Telegraaf is pure pleaseure!
I just wanted to take this time to write a review for Hotel Telegraaf, because this hotel is just amazing! Quality of the service is top class. These little details what the hotel staff thought of, made our stay there extra amazing. Starting with excellent spa treatments performed by professionals and with great Elemis products, relaxing and quiet time at the spa and ending with tasty breakfast outside in beautiful old town of Tallinn. But my biggest thanks and apprisiation goes to reception administrator (I'm so sorry that I don't remember her name). She made us feel valued and cared for. I will definitely stay at Telegraaf again.
Beautiful interior, cozy rooms, polite staff. Located in street Vene at the old town Tallin. Just next to everything. Only disappointment was the breakfast. Expensive and not that good. Not even fresh bread. Ordering was from menu. Not worth of money. Otherwise the hotel is good choice.
