Perfect hotel.. very kind stuff. The swimming pool 50 metres was excellent. The breakfast had many options to choose. Nearby the old Town of tallin with food restaurants and coffee restaurants. Definitely we come again
Hotel is very clean and fresh. Food is good and tasty. Water center is nice but I missed big bubble jacuzi with no limited bubbles (buttons on the wall for bubbles is not very comfortable, it's working quite short time and when you begin to relax bubbles were ended). Also for small babyes is very empty area. Other things were pefrect. We will return.
Everything was pretty nice and good as always. Clean room, rich breakfast and superior water park. Nice location just near the old Tallinn. Shops and restaurants just is walk way from the hotel. The harbor is about ten minutes walk way.
All was good and everything went fine. We have great vacation with my doughter. We stay for a One Night. This was out fourth time at kalev Spa and i think we will come again someday. Nreakfast was good and we love to eat out side.
We chose between Kalev and Tallink spa for a visit with small children. Pricing at Kalev seemed cheaper as well as the location more central so we went here but wanted to share our terrible experience. The facilities are in poor shape and did not feel fresh nor modern. The place felt dirty overall. The water slides cater for older kids and adults able to swim in deeper pools, not for small/short kids. For babies there were some water activities but for for a bit older (but not yet ready to plunge in deep pools), not much to do. What we thought we’d save in terms of entrance fees (compared to Tallink spa) came back with very expensive towel rent (4 eur per towel compared to 4,5 eur for a child entrance). Next time the choice for spa with kids is obvious.
Location was excellent, waterpark was great. Beds comfy. Family room looked a bit oldfashioned, eg, electric kettle and the tray it was placed on. Bathroom could be cleaner. Personnel very welcoming and nice.
Kalev hotel is a large hotel sitting in a pretty much in the central part of town, built around the city’s indoor pool. It’s easy to explore the old town or get around from here (a tram station is nearby), and also within walking distance from the ferry terminal. Our family of 4 stayed in a 4-pax room … it’s a little tight but doable due to the cruise-style bunk beds. Our room has the usual facilities like hair dryer, mini bar, electric kettle, tv, and the beds are ok. Essentially what one can expect from a large hotel chain. But what we can’t figure out is why it couldn’t fix its wifi problem. For technically advanced Estonia and this being the capital, our wifi was barely working and there is no reception in some parts. Reception is helpful but are not always the friendly types we’re used to meeting. Staying here gives you access to the pool as well. Much of the pool is reserved for training of the athletes and the rest of us squeeze into 2 lanes. The slides are fun for the kids but some slides don’t have enough gradient to slide all the way through. You can also get sauna here foc, for pay for a more premium version. The included breakfast is terrific. The spread is fairly large and they change some items daily, so it doesn’t get too boring. The cafe is also set beside the beautiful park so the location is lovely. Good place to start the day.…
Always so easy to return Kalev Spa. Everything works very well, staff friendly and holiday spirits set in fast and smoothly. Especially nice that everything you need for a good holiday is found under one roof. Thanks for the great time again:)
I stayed at Kalev Spa Hotel for 1 night. I booked through the hotel website and got the package which included the Oasis spa. I really enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. The room was spacious, clean and modern. You can control the temperature in your room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice, there was plenty to choose from and they had pancakes; I love pancakes. I didn't have dinner at the hotel, but I did have a dessert in the evening and it was lovely. However the best part of the hotel has to be the Oasis spa. We were the only ones in the spa when we visited. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We used a number of different baths and saunas and then soaked our feet in a salt bath while we sipped tea and cocktails. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I think it's great for both couples and families as they also have the water park. The location is great. I could easily walk to all the local attractions. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Tallinn. …
The swimming pool is very good. Enough space for swim. Also other pools was useful after swimming. Hotel room in 6th floor was very nice. Panorama view to Tallinn city was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Only minus was at breakfast was congested and coffee machines were slow.
