Good location, spa and breakfast. Didnt find the ladder for the bed in family room. Coming from spa was unpleasant, very cold because on the second floor ouside door was opened all day in hallway. Bit dissapointment was in the lobby bar when ordering a glass of vine and instead of 16 cl I got 12 cl maximum.

Dear Guest. Thank you so much for this lovely review. We highly appreciate it. There is a ladder for the bunk bed in a special narrow closet at the entrance of the room. We have marked these lockers with signs but some signs apparently have gone missing so we checked all the rooms now that have bunk beds and replaced these signs. Thank you for bringing that issue up, we immediately took action. The door at the hallway was opened that day as the sauna oasis staff next door complained that they have no air. It is not a every day problem but something was wrong with the air conditioning that day. We apologize for for wine order, afterwards it is impossible to make sure, how much was poured to the glass, with bare eye it is also nearly impossible to measure as the glasses are different. We talked about the issue with the bar and restaurant staff to make sure that it does not happen again. Thank you so much for your feedback that helps us to improve service quality and please take time to visit Kalev Spa again. With best Regards, Kalev Spa team

Location perfect for the harbour and the quieter side of the old town. Renovated room, great firm bed and nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in restaurant allee. Service at reception was great. We paid a bit extra for a room on the 5th floor with a balcony - with a spectacular view of the old town and the sea. The spa was also renovated but it is quite a labyrinth to get there from the hotel side. Fun for families and real professional swimmers.

Dear guest! Thank you so much for this lovely feedback! Kalev Spa was fully renovated last year and there is so much to do for everybody, indeed. Not mentioning the great location with easy access to old town. It may seem difficult to find your way in the house at the first sight, depending where your room is located, but we can not help the fact that big 50 m pool is literally in the middle of the house. We have added signs everywhere but some clients do not seem to notice them- anyhow we will try to improve it even more. Thank you again and welcome back! Please remember to book directly with the hotel. With best Regards, Piret Betlem Hotel Manager

The hotel is renovated, and rooms are fresh and modern. Also the spa is quite nice, but there are a few minuses: the floor is dangerously slippery, the ceramic tile type used in the floors in the swimming area and in stairs, is not suitable for the purpose. Especially the stairs can be dangerous (sharp edge, slippery when wet). Also the water steam from the jets in the massaging baths is very mild. The four slides are nice and quite smooth. Good location near the Old Town and the harbour. Back massage in the Beauty Salon is not the same level as you would normally expect. Foot treatment was ok.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We recommend to wear spa-slippers when visiting spa areas. However, we have got a lot of positive feedback for not slippery floor, the tiles are specially selected. According to the daily feedback, guests find the floor non-slippery, however all the wet floors remain dangerous and a guest needs to be careful. I am not sure, what water steams you mean, but the ones that are working in the jaccuzies, we check daily and they work properly. If you need really strong massage, then there are very strong water jets in the sauna oasis special massage showers. I am sorry that you were not happy with the massage, this should be solved at the spot- if the massage is too strong or weak in your opinion, you have to tell it to therapist, as guests are very different and if there is no feedback, how would she know. Thank you for visiting us and welcome back, With Best Regards, Piret Betlem Hotel Manager

Only about 800m or 1/2 miles from harbour, we came with cruse ship . Limited parking space just front of hotel (fee ?). Just nice walking distace to old market square, hotel is actually located inside of "old town walls". Reserved normal room but in reseption we asked about suites. Hotel don't "promote" that they have also suites, upgraded to suite for good price. Suite has living area kingsize bed, safe, hottub, shover, toilet, 40" flatscreen, coffeemaker, minibar/fridge, balcony individual quiet own AC. Personal is polite and nice, with decent english. Scandinavian/baltic breakfast with limited selection ( mean scandinavian "overkill"). We didn't tried onsite restaurant ( only breakfast), but menu looked nice. Spa "sauna world" was really nice, limited only to adults. 50m swiming pool, waterslides, jaguzzis. This is very good location to start browsing Old Town, nice restaurants just minutes walking distance. Tram and bus stops just 200m from front door.

Our big family of 8 people has visited Tallinn in september 2019. The choice to stay in a place with water park was done because of our two little family members and because of the bad weather condition. And it was 100% correct choice.we had a great time, water park is not only spa, which was also great, but it more looks like a whole aquapark to entertain both your kids and you. Service was also perfect, guys on receptions are very kind and helpful. The good stay was completed with “all you can eat” dinner and bottle of proseco in the room. By the way, quality of food was also perfect, taking into account relatively low price per person. Perfect location close to old town. However, the price for parking spot near hotel is not reasonable for those who stay there, we found another one for 5 eur close to hotel. We strongly advise to stay here is you visit Tallinn.
