Taanilinna Hotel is a quaint hotel in the Old Town of Tallinn. We stayed here for 3 nights, and can't fault it at all. Even with the window open our room was quiet, meaning we managed to get a decent sleep! Superb shower as well, kept a decent temperature (maybe it's just me but a good shower makes a big... More

This hotel is perfect, a beautiful building with character, spacious extremely comfortable rooms with excellent facilities, fantastic breakfast and in a lovely city. Most of all however what struck us most - was how genuine, warm and friendly all the staff were. That makes such a difference. On top of all that - two minutes walk into the centre of... More

The hotel is situated in a hidden street in the Old City. Calm, nice building. Medieval ages style. Cosy rooms. Friendly, always ready-to-help staff. Shops, attractions, restaurants within walking distance. Nice terrace for a romantic glass of wine. Restaurant and wine cellar.

The small hotel is really worth the stay! I stayed there with my mom for 3 nights and we both really loved it. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the old town of Tallinn as it is located right on it's outskirts next to the old city wall. Our room was really cosy and had a great... More

We stayed for two nights. Part of the old wall goes through the hotel. Any hotel can't be better located than this one. It is near the main square in the old town and within walking distance of everything. The WiFi in the room worked very well. The bath/shower also worked well. Their breakfast is adequate. This is really a... More

This is a good hotel with nice rooms which are big and with great comfort. An hotel with charm very well located in the old city close to the walls at 5 minutes walk from the town hall place. The only restriction is vis a vis the breakfast which could be far nbetter for the price. So in general the... More

We had a double room. The room itself was ok and well cleaned. Some of the staff at the reception was nice, some almost rude. We stayed two nights, and both mornings the breakfast was terrible. It seemed the groceries had layed on the table for hours. There were brown pears, dry watermelon, bad looking eggs, empty plates etc. The... More

We spent two nights at this hotel with my boyfriend and his parents. Our room was at the first floor and was a little bit smaller than my in-laws room, which was at third floor. This hotel is very small and authentic, and it had special feeling of the past centuries. The decour was very beautiful, hotel and rooms were... More

We stepped inside the hotel (BARELY) and the receptionist started asking for our documents. It was a bit rude considering we hadn't finished putting all our stuff inside. She asked for payment. We paid but she refused to give a receipt or an acknowledgement slip. Our room was on ground floor but seemed like a basement with no windows .The... More

I booked this hotel because of the positve ratings in booking.com. I can't imagen why nobody told, that exactly in front of the hotel is a discotheque/club. The music is horrible loud till about three in the morning. Also when the door is closed (mostly it's open), the bass will not let you sleep. People crowd outside with their drinks... More
