THE BEST MEETING PLACE IN TOWN Hotel Palace, located next to Freedom Square in Tallinn reopened in July 2014 after a total makeover. The Hotel dates back to 1937 and represents one of the most interesting, glamorous and majestic Hotel buildings in Estonia. This business class hotel with 79 rooms has throughout its history been a true business card of Estonia. The corner stone of the building, located only a step away from the most representative square of the town, was finished in 1937,during the pre-war high period of the Republic of Estonia. Architect Elmar Lohk designed one of the most glamorous buildings in Tallinn and its majestic atmosphere specifically for a hotel that would represent estonia at the highest possible level. The hotel building is a monument of national architectural heritage. Having acquired a completely new interior, the building continues its dignified course, traditionally remaining a modern lighthouse in the very heart of Tallinn by retaining its classic atmosphere, which is now combined with up-to-date interior design. The location of the hotel is excellent both for sightseeing in the town and for business travel.

I come to Tallinn every year and am still looking to find a favorite hotel. This was certainly better than Nordic where I stayed last year. Nicer furniture, better breakfast, better spa. Central location. What I found really annoying was that the balcony in my room was locked. Weather was nice, I would have loved to sit there and work - but no!

A real Estonian Hotel with special flair. Not the typical international chain. Cool design. Clean room, comphy beds and pillows. Interesting building outside, close to old town. Special flair, Estonian feeling, better than in typical international chains

Never sleep in the 7th floor by rain. In this floor you have only windows in the ceiling. The window is on top of your bed and in a dry summer night it might be romantic. But I had a business trip, 2 nights with rain and this was like knocking on my head.

This hotel met our expectations and way beyond! A very friendly and helpful staff, they came with suggestions about what to see and do. Breakfast, bar, spa and the room was very satisfactory. The hotel is close to old town, and have tram and bus stop just outside the hotel! We will for sure be back!

Charming and cozy, nice rooms (albeit entry rooms are on the smaller side), nice and convenient locations just outside of the old city. Great staff in general, and good pre-stay communication with the hotel. Nice breakfast! A few development points.. - we had two and rooms and clear instructions where to put the child bed - yet they messed that up. Parking arrangement & logistics agreement is kind of cumbersome and expensive (25eur/night as special price) = not recommending. As we were taking ferry to Helsinki and back, we asked where it is cheaper to park the car - the advise given was saying it will be same price - in reality parking at the ferry port was 3x times cheaper & no complications.
