The hotel is very close to the airport, the old town, the Kristina Shopping Centre which I am told is the largest and it is very easy to get around - the walk into the Old Town only took about 10 minutes, if that. The room was clean and pleasant with the comfiest beds, just didn't want to get up....

I really enjoyed the breakfast here and the room was OK, but not very delighting. The location is quite near the Kristiine keskus, but roads and cross roads are planned just for cars and the walk isn't nice. The staff was effective and helpful but I still would recommend some other location, unless you are planning to travel mostly with...

Location is near the Old town. We managed to move around easily by foot during our stay. Breakfast was many-sided and hotel interior generally cozy. Staff was excellent and assisted immediately if something came up.

Stayed for a long weekend to visit the xmas market. Hotel is only a short walk to the Old Town so conveniently situated. Everything you could want, rooms great, staff friendly and efficient, and breakfast is extensive. Would highly recommend.

I've stayed here a number of times over the past couple of years and I think the hotel represents some of the best value for money in this wonderful little city. The rooms are great, breakfast offers a wide choice and it offers great spa facilities. For what is charged, I think the services on offer are excellent. I see...

Nice place if you are looking for a place to stay with a pet - friendly conditions and attitude. Also, breakfast was a delight, very delicious! Not to mention the location - it is very near the old town and a convenient shopping centre nearby.

First time came to Tallinn and stayed at Kreutzwald hotel in Zen deluxe. Really nice room, with tea point and jacuzzi! Staff in the hotel friendly and ready to help all the time. Highly recomend to try SPA - nice and cheap. Don't recomend elk in restaraunt - tough and dry. Everything else - perfect!

This is a lovely quiet place for a good rest! Hearty breakfasts, polite staff, good location for walking around the old town. Very comfortable beds, bedtime was great to take a bath Jacuzzi. I would recommend this hotel to young families and adult couples.

There is a disconnect between the hotel and the food area The former was quite good, the other was apalling with poor quality and very rude staff If I return to Tallinn (a city I loved) i would stay elsewhere The location is good, close to the pretty old city

Many thanks for your review. I think in this case I need to bring some clarity into the situation for the readers of your review. You attended a group meal and I think the problem started when you and your table brought a bottle of your own wine for consumption in the restaurant. The waitress kindly asked you not to...

The hotel is nice and clean. However, I have to highlight the poor customer oriented attitude of some personnel at the reception desk. It seemed as our mere presence where bothering them. Another drawback is the location, not a problem during day but for the night, from my point of view, it's a little far from the centre. Regarding the...
