I chose this tiny guesthouse located just outside the center of Tallinn for three times during my stay in the Estonian capital and it has always let me quite a good impression thanks to its cosy clean rooms, decorated in a rustic, particular fashion rented at a low price (30€ for a double room). I also fell in love with... More

I made my trip in spring 2013 - not Feb 2015 - and things might have improved since then. The couple running this place were both friendly, so I didn't want to give a bad review at the time and potentially threaten their livelihood and so I ignored the invitations to review shortly after my stay. However I was really... More

Im Estonian but needed a place for a few nights in Tallinn with bf. We got an attic room on the right, upstairs. The place was old and much like what youd expect from an unrenovated old Estonian wooden house. It was cute and a nice change to more modern looking places. The bed was big and very comfortable. The... More

Thank you so much for your warm words! I am so happy, that you as estonian, could value the idea of the place and the different touch and feeling, we have tried to maintain. The Attic Chambres are yes different, as former artist chambers on the roof (!), but this is the goal - to offer a certain different touch,... More

Room: Vintage as it's best, very stylish - but unfortunately also the bed is a littlle bit too "vintage" : old frame, thin mattress. Old house - you will hear your neighbours going to the shared bathroom and taking the shower in the shared shower - but this should be part of the "charme" of this old house. Staff extremely... Thank you dear guest for your nice words about our style and atmosphere of the house! As our goal is especially, as you mentioned, the "vintage", the classy old, we also try not to "over-renovate" the building, which can easily happen and so the charm can disappear so easily.. It also has its disadvantages, yes, the sound isolation is not... More

I loved this guesthouse from the 1-st second I arrived! I was so warmly welcomed by owners, that I feel immediately like home! Place is very cosy with nice design, owners are great! So I strongly recommend this place! Not far away from old town ( you can take tram 3 and easily reach old town)

Spent 3 nights here. Host, Evgeni, kindly picked us up from the airport. Unfortunately communication was a bit difficult - but we managed and Evgeni was so friendly and 'house proud'. He was in the process of building a lovely outside covered deck. A rustic, comfortable house. Basic facilities in the room. Cooking facilities in room was very handy, although... More

Pros; It is a lovely house and nice room. We could make some breakfast and there was a shared refrigerator in the hall. There was a really fine garden, but the weather was not good enough to use it.
