We stayed 5 days at the Hestia Hotel Kentmanni. Lovely suite with a hot tub, that everyone enjoyed. Wonderful breakfast with a various selection. And overall excellent service from the staff, including helping our daughters teddy back home by mail, as we left it there. Thank you so much for your kind help and for a lovely stay.

Stayed 2 nights to see the city, it’s about a 10 minute walk to the old town, and the hotel itself is modern and as others have commented the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast quite good and varied, though on the other side the service/reception not too friendly, and the spa area also rather small and when I visit, full of kids.

Stayed here for 5 nights in July. We had a suite with sauna and balcony, which was very nice. Rooms were well maintained and cleaned daily on time. Other than that everything else was poor. We had no assistance with our luggage when we arrived, you had to tell the hotel at what time you wanted breakfast and the restaurant was closed - all due to staff shortages. The rooms made up for what was very poor customer service

Nice hotel, not really in the center of Tallinn as they presume. Rooms are ok, beds are good, breakfast is very good. The restaurant is closed and the bar is a terrible place to be, really uncomfortable. Prices a quit high according to the service they deliver.

Nice rooms, modern and comfortable. Good breakfast, plenty of choice and till 11.00. Fitness room and bath... Better than home. Good location, close to US embassy, probably safe :) Service is OK. Price as well.

Good location, since walking distance from the Old Town and city centre. Quiet neighborhood, so sleeping is easy. Very good service, modern and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Spa with two saunas and small pool downstairs is relaxing after long day.

Nice location only 6 min walk from the Old Town. The Hotel holds a high standard with a good breakfast offering a large selection of various toppings. The fitness room satisfies the most basic needs for a good session. The spa is a bit small and in need of some maintenece. Also the beds are realy hard, so if you have issues with lying on hard mattresses, you should ask for an extra mattress. All the staff are helpful and welcoming.

Amazing and very helpful team, highly recommend. Breakfast was amazing,sauna was clean and all sets were working perfectly. Reception guys (Mr.Sergey and Ms.Teelem(sorry if i wrote mistakenly your name) were super helpful and gave amazing advise regarding the hotel facilities and surroundings, very professional. Furthermore, Ms.Teelem provided hotel meeting room which is super modern and fully facilitated to meet our partners. Mr.Sergey suggested to me to park the car in a perfect places for the overnight which i could not even imagine. Regaring the room: big enough to relax and all equipments are in a perfect working position, smells fresh, bathroom is clean and all facilities are provided. Breakfast: food options were enough for all types of People and variety is also a lot. Suggestion for the Hotel: next time it would be great lunch and dinner will be also served in the hotel and we would love to visit. …

Located slightly out of city center but quite close on a walking distance and having prices lower than same type of hotels at city center. So great choice with decent cost. Good commodities and comfortable rooms. Leisure center with spa, pool and gym available but didn't had tipe to go. I'll consider this one for next time.

Spent three nights at this modern, clean hotel. Our superior room came with a lovely terrace with table and chairs which would ideal to utilise in high summer enjoying a tasty sundowner. Sadly it was covered in icy snow whilst we were there, but no worries it did add a nice ambience to our surroundings. The room facilities were what you would expect from a 4* hotel. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with everything available to suit all tastes. The hotel was busy but there was never any pressure to leave your table to make way for others. The efficient staff were forever circling and clearing away discarded crockery which was great. My wife and I never got around to trying out the free sauna and spa facilities available but I did check them out and once again we were really impressed by what we saw. The reception staff were smiling, welcoming friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I arranged a taxi for transportation to and from the airport at the time of booking and this was added to my final account, which in my opinion was excellent value for money for the overall quality, comfort, service and location.…
