We were very happy with our stay. It’s centrally located, close to the old city, the port and within 2 min walking from public transportation (airport). Very clean, well organized, good breakfast. Spent 5 days with family with young kids. Would definitely stay again. Highly recomended!

This is a new, beautifully furnished hotel. We stayed in the suite, which was big and nicely decorated BUT not properly cleaned. I found black thick hair where the shampoos etc where placed and several thinner brown hair from the toilet floor. The whirlpool was also not properly cleaned. I could only imagine what the full carpet floor was hiding.... The pillows are not designed for sleeping rather than looking nice. Too big, hard and high. There was a nice man in the reception when we checked in but otherwise the service was anything but nice. I called for a toothbrush (which was not included into the 260€/night room rate) but the reception told that they can deliver it only in the morning. Breakfast was good.

I stayed here for 2 nights in August 2019. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best of starts to my trip with the poor check in experience. There was one person working at reception for the evening and the person ahead of me had an issue with payment - which was incredibly frustrating for him. I waited (along with several other guests behind me in the queue) for over 20 minutes before checking in. There was not a single apology to any of us. The hotel itself is very nice and there is a spa which guests can use for free. It is modern, clean and in a good location.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Biig pillows and good beds. Spa opening times are not so comfortable business trips. At 10 in the morning, when the spa opens, I had to be already at the office. Parking downstairs is a bit confusing.
