Great hostel, close to bars and restaurants and a ten minute walk to the old town. The hostel is more like a communal hotel, modern and stylish and clean, the bathrooms were nicely maintained, the dorms large and spacious with comfortable beds (no bunk beds!) and large lockers. The only minor gripes are it’s not easy to locate at first, and there aren’t showers on every floor. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely return!

Good hostel. Well located. Good to have single non-bunk beds, and own lockable wardrobes. Good facilities. Very quiet, so be aware of this, not really a place for getting to know other travellers / socialising etc. Very clean ,

Just spent 3 nights in this very nice hostel. Very clean and a fantastic location - main streets are just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again! Seemed to be full but there was no noise issues and the beds were very comfortable

The hostel is situated perfectly in Tallinn not more than 5 minutes walk from Old Town. Rooms are fine and everything is very clean and tidy. But, but, but. The "service" there was terrible - when we arrived there was a staff girl at the street telling us "I will be there when I have smoked a cigarette". After this cigarette she told us that some one else had gotten our room, and when I asked for a refund she rejected. She was in no way friendly, helpful, or service minded! Rather the opposite. I asked for her name because I wanted to complain about her behaviour but she replied "It is none of your business"!!! I would not think that she should be handling tourists!!! The next day we went to the reception but it was closed, and no one answered the phone even though the reception hours should be 8-23!

I have stayed there many times and will stay again in the future. The beds are so comfortable, blankets soft and light, rooms and common areas always clean, which for me is the most important thing when choosing a place. Also location is exactly in the city center and close to everything someone might need. Modern hostel.
