We booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was bedding for only 3 people, the spa treatments were unavailable, no shower in the room, customer service was not very attentive, no mini bar or room service. I think the hotel was great in the 1990'ies.

Probably stumbled on not the best receptionist, when I booked I took most expensive room offered, but got what you see in most of the pictures - small room, with open wires, hole in the wall under strange calendar, dirty carpet, something bloody red under sheets and some more. After I showed this to receptionist he agreed to change the room. New room was what I did reserv, but there were still some funny things, like wires that are tide to radiator which hold jealousies, signs of mold were in both bathrooms. Soap and other bathroom things were wet in they cardboard boxes, probably after previous users. Free internet was working less than a hour, in the mean time reception was good only no internet access. Breakfast was simple, but good, maybe bit too small, cofee machine was not working. When I was checking out in the morning, I was waiting for receptionist which was smoking outside, some other women noticed me an came to apologise and said that person soon will come. Only good thing was view to the sea from window in the morning. From my point of view I would recomend hotel to review person who is maintaining hotel technicaly. Things that I saw and you see in photos are totaly consequences of indifference and each fixable no time if person knows what to do, how quality hotel should look. Not fixing hole in the wall with foam and hanging calendar (this is most curios thing I have seen). Not fixing bathroom if you dont know hot to finish nicely silicone for isolation etc. And please add some white light in your rooms it seemed at least for me bit too dark.

Overall good hotel, not sure it's 4 star more like 3 :) good breakfast, was some issues like there broken things in numbers and showers in pool, lack of parking spaces. Most disappointing what's there is spa on web you can check procedure and prices, in hotel at booklet you find out you need warn 48 h before, and on reception you find out there is one person who do it and something like month long booking. Also restoran is almost not working. Small menu and even less aveible.

The property was located near the sea in Rocca Al Mare district of Tallinn. Excellent location, not far from a large shopping centre, Estonian Open Air Museum, and a seaside walk route. The price of the room also included sauna/swimming pool visit in the morning. Room had a minibar. Breakfast was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The rooms did not feature any of the tea/coffee making facilities.

small cozy hotel away from the bustle of the center. from the port by taxi costs about 18 euros. but the local bus for 2 euros stops right next to the hotel. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. good breakfast and nice not big pool. We will definitely tell douzeam about this place positive feedback.
